Post by: Fivestar4everMVP on April 01, 2021, 07:28:42 AM It was a bug and it's been corrected, thanks guys Hi guys, :) What happened with Tron?, I checked on coinmarketcap this morning and discovered that even at $0.08 dollars per TRX coin, TRON is ranked at #1744, I remember it used to be among the top 20s or 25th https://i.imgur.com/XFLXidY.png https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/tron/ (https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/tron/) Any news that's yet to circulate,? 1. This is april fools 2. you can see that the circulating supply in the market became unknown and CMC was calculating the total marketcap based on the circulating supply x price of token If tron is not showing the circulating supply and then it looks like tron developer was asking cmc to re-correcting cir supply of tron into the correct amount that exist in the market. Not a big deal though and CMC usually has some issues with the ranking of some altcoins.

Yeah, maybe because of April fools but it has been backed to #20 again.First was I thought maybe something happened, maybe some kind of bad news that made the project fall in rank, but I also know that if this was the reason, the news would have circulated very fast. And secondly, I thought it would probably be a bug cus in as much as today is April fools day, and coinmarketcap is known for this kind of tricks, I don't see why they will decide to choose tron, tron is not so popular and not to many people follow the project this days, so if there were to do their April fools thing, I think they would have gone with a more popular coin or even make something new like toilet paper token... But anyways, good to see that the error has been corrected. |
