Easter is a time to meet with family and friends to celebrate new beginnings. Just keep in mind that the more time you spend looking for Easter eggs, the more calories you burn.  :D

Happy Easter Everyone Guys.

Not much celebrating allowed in the country due to restrictions by law on the virus. Happy Easter though, good health & happiness to all.

Happy Easter everyone, for clarity sake, Every easter we see various Easter pictures, some with the a depiction of Christ and how he is risen (Christian tradition) and others with the picture of a Bunny, Bunny & eggs, or just eggs. I have been thrown into reasoning, and will like for us all to share a piece of their mind on the subject.

-Why has the pagan tradition of celebrating a bunny which research has said to be a Germanic Goddess that lay eggs (easter bunny) been put on same day/incorporated with the day christians have set aside to celebrate the resurrection of Christ?

I still Enjoy the Easter Sunday even though i Am Not lucky in Finding the prized Egg lol, Maybe I'm too drunk to win this time  ;D

But the day really Brings enjoyment and happiness and also a Family Reunion as well.

Happy Easter everybody. Unfortunately we are still in lockdown here, there won't be any family lunch or hidden Easter eggs for me. Hope everyone has a good time.

I wish I could say it to everyone but I know not everyone is having a good or happy day.
Because deep inside some of us are struggling are having a really hard day or time on their life and I am one of those sorry for being dramatic but I just don't know how to handle it right now.

I'm not really sure about this.
I guess eggs and chickens have the symbolism of a new birth (a new beginning) but I don't know what the bunny is about. Probably the candy industry saw a good opportunity to better monetize this holiday as well as they did with Santa Claus and Christmas.

But you can't do that during this pandemic, not all countries are free with the covid-19 virus but you can do that through online meeting.

Anyway, it might be a day late but belated Happy Easter to everyone.

It is better to celebrate it from our home and make a video call to meet many people and congratulate them. This is the second time we celebrate many things from home because we are still at the pandemic, and there is no sign for the pandemic to end. But as long as we can stay healthy, we can celebrate directly with other people in the future because our health is the most important thing now.
