To make sure that it is a good casino site, you have to look at how old their thread is in the Gambling board, I would recommend Roobet, Bitvest, Sportsbet.io, and BTCGOSU. You have to manage your bankroll, gamble responsibly.

Signature campaigns have nothing to do with reliability and trustfulness, anybody can launch a signature campaign to scam people and many already did it. For almost every casino from the list, there is a long and long topic, in which there are both positive and negative reviews.  And if the project has been working for a long time, then naturally there will be disgruntled users who will write a negative review.  It's pretty easy to look at the last hundred posts in such a topic and you will understand what problems can arise with this site.  
But besides, no one knows the inside information of the casino and even the most famous casino can suddenly become a problem for the players.

Yes you are right testimonials on ANN threads from trustful members and even from anonymous users when they are detailed are a good way to evaluate gambling sites. North America doesn't refer to United States only, it designates the american continent belonging to the northern hemisphere. That means Canada is part of it and even Mexico(while it also belongs to Latin and Central America AFAIK).

I don't know from where this fake news comes from(advertisement, shilling?) but if it has ever been the case during the past it's at least not anymore the case now obviously. Just checkout the gambling section where you can find lot of casinos with different group of games and some sites have unique games as well which is not a traditional game but still people love to enjoy the new games everyday along with their luck.

Most of the threads in this section are casinos that accept cryptocurrency as mode of payment. Some are a sportsbook and also a casino.
