The only trouble here is the greatest one Bro; you are an unknown person who tries to convince others about his credibility to rent houses without any single proof.
I suggest you to provide more guarantees in what you're about to offer and the most important thing is to accept using a reputable escrow provider here in the forum so users can easily trust you (at a certain level) .

you can also see there some very reputed forum members from Croatia. So maybe is better first to present yourself there and if it's everything okay and you get a positive recommendation from your local board, everything will be easier for you and your business.

You could probably have more success if you put an Airbnb in your apartment and put some payment options that include cryptocurrency. You also don't have a picture of the apartment for the people to check out whether it is worth renting it out.

You are offering in this board but you don't even bother to ask your fellow countrymen if they are also interested in renting apartment in your place?

There might be other croatian members that will be interested from other cities .

Adding one more option for contact like Telegram or email address would also be good suggestion for you.

I don't want to sound skeptical, but a little more credibility in this forum wouldn't hurt. I understand if you've just recently joined this community, but since you've never posted in the local Croatian community, it's difficult to say whether your offer is genuine or not. Don't take this the wrong way; the crypt community is filled with various attempts of fraud, so we're telling you this in your best interest.

At the very least, I recommend that you introduce yourself to the local community. You may also contact some of the respected members and provide details and guarantees in private communication. If all checks out, I'm sure many members will be able to assist you and vouch for you.

As some users suggested above have you tried posting your ad on Airbnb or smiliar websites ? your odds of finding potential clients is way higher there, although you will have to provide all the necessary documents.
