Standard raffle rules, 16 tickets, winner will be picked based on the last character of the first Bitcoin block hash after the last payment is made.

If the final payment is made via DOGE or LTC, we will use the block hash from the next Bitcoin block

Can i pay the same amount (0.001btc) but with another crypto (for example DOGE)? Just don't want to spend 5-10 dollars on fee  :P
I think in this bullish market with such fees raffles should afford some list of acceptable alternatives to bitcoin.  


It's enough expensive to open channel. In fact, it costs the same fee to open.
