I live in the USA. I currently have a binance.com account but can not use it as they don't allow it anymore. I also can not use binance.us either as my state is not approved to do so. I have other exchange accounts with other companies but none of them are getting me the profits I was making on Binance. I would like to pay someone to verify an account on Binance and then turn it over to me. I know once I get the account my trading bot will sit in whatever country it's registered to or close to it. I also know this is not a good practice but I can't help it no one wants to work with the USA b/c of the restriction the government has placed on businesses.

It's really blocking USA individuals on the binance.com site and it's a hassle, secondly, are you trying to make trading a living then why not move to another state where you can't be restricted using binance.us? Try to post it instead on the Goods (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=51.0) board in this forum since it's where buy and sell of different online accounts are done, just a sound advice be careful of scammers out there and always use a trusted escrow if ever you're going to transact.

Thank you very much for the info. It does help me a lot. Well to be honest I am currently building an app to put my algo in the sell the service. but for now, I need to get my funds back up. The hope was that binance.us would have been available for my state by now but that hasn't happened yet.

I would suggest you don't do that. Don't use an account verified by someone unknown.
You will never know, when this person can try to get the account back, with all your funds there. It's so big risk.
You'll never know when Binance will disable access by IP addresses from your country because of the ban. it is certainly possible.

I had been thinking about that for the longest but as long as before we make sure the deals are done and all security info is changed like 2fa, email, passwords, etc then changed we should be good on that front. The IP part I will be setting up my server in that country that is close to it.

I don't think that someone would even bother themselves verify an account that they wouldn't manage. Also, there is a huge risk that would arise once a person would use his identity for the account of others. How? You can simply scam on its P2P and the verified person behind would receive all the blame after all. If you really wanted to make others do the verification, you can do deal in physical and not online and have some personal agreements. This is always on the risk of the verifier, hence every adjustments must fell onto his side.

Getting paid by someone to link your identity to a completely random stranger's trading account so that the stranger could move at least $120k a day since they really need it. Because why the hell not. Great idea. Moreover, they're requesting you to help them break the law. Even better, indeed.

That isn't worth even a million bucks. You're linking your identity to a potential criminal, and good luck pulling yourself out of your own mistake.

Law is something that every country provides for its citizens, it cannot be taken lightly. If you want to break the law, I don't think it is good for someone to do verification like this. Who knows what you're going to do with their account? Many hidden dangers within it. Sometimes account sellers get into some unnecessary trouble. As far as I know, America is not a simple country, any ingredients exist, an identity can turn someone into a potential offender.

Maybe you should just keep using other exchange sites without barriers and stop with Binance. There is still a way because owning an account but the identity is not yours is not tolerated here because of the risks associated with it. You know it's not the right thing to do, so don't continue. Just follow the law imposed in your country and state. Binance is not the only place to trade.
