If you have a PayPal account to receive money, I can send you $ 50 PayPal to make your own payments. I won't use your PayPal account to pay your service, it's not a good offer, as the monthly payments will be renewed and then I don't know where you are. So, my suggestion, you sign up for a PayPal account, I will send you money to make payments with your own PayPal account, and of course, you have to send me BTC first ;)

But I'm still a bit concerned, please let me know why you didn't sign up for a PayPal account to make these payments, are there any legal issues? Use an API to get blocks and transactions and somehow fry up the Internet?
