So are you trying to say that all those altcoins that have already did 10x, 20x 30x are just getting started? The one reason why I see that altcoin investment can be dangerous right now is because they are already so high in price, buying now feels more risky to me

It's no longer being ignored by most. There's now money in alts and that's why money flowing in there is very encouraging for those who have been in the market.
Many altcoins are increasing and they're inevitable to be noticed. Well, I'm holding myself bitcoin and can't really deny that there were investors who have a made a lot of buck with alts. With the price surges for many altcoins, there will be another surge for it as op speculates.

This can be right only if BTC dominance continues to fall, but as 52 is its major support area, I believe it'll bounce back again at least once before it gets down to 50 and below and brings the alt season back. It'll be interesting to watch which coins will pop up huge once alt season begins as when without the alt season, we're seeing crazy longs taking place on shitcoins like Doge, just think what will happen to other working tokens' prices.

If we are not in altcoins season yet, then I would be happy to see more pump.

Most of the coins that have pumped are those who are in big exchanges, so probably these Sh***t coins I have in my wallet could still come alive.  :)
I followed one of your post man and it seems your right, I'm impress with your BNB post as BNB has been pumping real hard.

I guess the pump that happened with doge could also be a signal for altcoin season to come back again. There will be a big increase in altcoin after doge will be consolidated with its price.
Im an altcoin believer. The dominance of bitcoin will be going down even deeper.
Im so happy to see that. Altcoin gains re-consideration by the institutional investors as well. Doge is also making a start again.

Btc dominance now 51.5%.... i told you all

There are still good potential coins that did not reach their all time highs yet maybe just waiting for the right signal. For a none Bitcoin maximalist this is the right time that we have been waiting for, probably not for shitcoins and deadcoins.

I believed that were not yet entering the altcoin season at the moment, but at this point of time I think this is the
right timing for us to choose in which altcoins are good to buy now then hold in the long term before altcoin season or bull run
start. And it will start based on my observation by the year 2022 I guess. Meaning, the author has a big point on this.

However, currently there are not many projects being pumped, looking at the market can see Doge has attracted money from btc and atlcoin. I was amazed at Dogecoin's growth, to be honest, the knowledge and instincts in the market over the years have not helped me explain the dogecoin case either. In addition, I think next time may not be the period where altcoins will be pumped strongly, I still have a great belief in this market that things are just starting to happen.

In my opinion, this is alt season but we are already half way there. Most of the alts near to their all time highs and moving forward from here would be an uphill fight. Also the frequent fluctuation in BTC makes it harder for alts to go higher in the BTC pair trades.

The speculation on BTC right now is that it will go above 100k$ and if BTC makes that move then alts will definitely bleed hard. The money flown into the alts from BTC will go out. I am bullish on alts but not as much as BTC right now.

Yeah i have read that thread and Believe that it will happen soon and it does, but the problem is after you post this thread the next day market becomes bloody red.
I think the situation change and Bitcoin dominance now turns back to action and altcoins are falling .

Well my only hope now is that altseason does not cause the fallout that they did in the last crypto rally... a little bit scary to see DOGE going crazy like this and now LTC and XMR are approaching all-time highs.

The altcoin season has started a long time ago, maybe since the beginning of the year. and currently the market is in an overbought position, just look at a lot of coins that can't continue the rally and experience a decline. bitcoin is also one of those coins, which does not escape this situation. but it's not the end, like I said the altcoin season is still on and it will last a long time.

When you called altcoin season the majority of coins are pumping while Bitcoin is still lowering.
Litecoin almost break the ATH last month but denied to break the 375$ ATH and just only reached 335$ a 40$ short.

Maybe yes maybe no, everyone can see that btc dominance has reduce compare to before which can indicate the beginning of alts price movement, but this hasn't reflect to alts in general, although the signs are there, so I guess we are just going to watch and see where the market will go from here.

It is exactly from beginning of this year. Bitcoin domination was at almost 70% back then and now is almost 51%. Not sure why for some this is so hard to understand. alt coin season will last until Bitcoin will crash and few weeks to two months more. Then Bear market will start. 2022 and 2023 will be shitty years. Make sure to gather stocks.

People now are having some boost up and not to believe that bearish market would come anytime soon and you can even see that theyre predicting $1M without even realizing on what
are those words that had been said up by their mouth.Market dominance might not be a precise thing for you to rely when it comes on making decision but it isnt really that bad
if you do secure out things while you still can because we wont know on whats coming next and if we would really be experiencing another long years or bear market.
So better to save up yourself and get those profits while you can.

Looks like things are not going to match the correct version, as the entire market is volatile. However, I see that the trend is still growing so there is no need to panic. Looking back, the market has also risen all the time.

$500 seems probably at the end of the year if BTC rally holds that long.

My assumption is that the BNB will hit a high soon they carry out the 15th burn. While the BNB still shows no signs of increasing price, but we will see a big hype after the BNB supply is reduced due to the combustion process. If you want to get something big, immediately prepare yourself to buy BNB while the price is still cheap.

AFAIK ETH might be the reason why most of these altcoins are pumping because if not then what else? I don't see any reason why they should be pumping in the first place and all I know is Ethereum itself is also following the trend of Bitcoin. If you guys keep praying that Bitcoin would drop soon then I don't blame you but you just gotta be ready for the aftereffect of what you wished for.

I know you're all been hyping most of your favorite altcoins since everyone of you is a bagholder and stuck with a low portfolio or maybe not. But still it's a shitcoin that after the hype it will go down straight to pit.

Hopefully that's going to happen on all coins including those in hibernation, because this is a great help on several holders to take back their profit. And I am also referring with erc20 network, this is what makes it harder on every projects to prosper due to uprising fees on transaction.
They should act on it and correct this problem to back to normal days that many people embraced with erc20.

Bitcoin price will go up much more this year. But it is normal that it cant just go straight up. If it would then bull run would last only 2 month and price would be x100. It is also much more fun if it last a year or more.

You can't expect that to happen especially for coins that are already abandoned by their respective developers. Very few can survive in this market and only those with real use case can survive their existence. But most pump and dump alts, will have short lifespan. If you are planning to buy alts, better choose them wisely, as most of them have no market value in few years time.

I don't know if we could really call it as an altcoin season since it's only Bitcoin who make reasons for the alts to be pulled up.
Look at the market now. When Bitcoin goes down every alts are also in a failing position.
I want to see something different for it to be proved it was an altcoin time.
Like even with Bitcoin perishing to gain value, alts can stay on the same position or better still pumping their value.

I think 2021 is really the best year for all altcoins, i mean not only top 5 in the marketcap, but almost all of the altcoins out there

I noticed that today, glad you posted it so everyone knows. When bitcoin dropped below 50%, you know already what that means, but we also have to see a bullish market, otherwise its useless. As of now, the market is bleeding, we need to bounce back and recover first.

if the dump continues, this might be the time that we will again see bitcoin dropped below $50k.

Bitcoin really dropped but i think it will not take a long time and it will bounce back, so we don't need to worry for we are still in a bullish season bitcoin still high at price even if it already dropped, last bull run the price is not so high that time and if we are going to compair it the bitcoin price today is 3x higher than the last bullrun year 2017.

It has already bounce back to $50k, but are we sure we are going to see it soon trading at $60,000 again? Altcoin season was here, this heavy correction that cause a huge drop might be the start of a new bear market, we never know, right? but at least being realistic is what we need now, not just saying the price will bounce back and the bull run will continue without a good basis.

The price is not that high, because eventually the correction is strong for now, for some it is normal for it to fall by almost 35%, however the altcoin season may be about to occur, in the case of DOGE, the liquidations have grown, This means that there is a strong demand, it even surpassed that of Bitcoin at one point.

There's too much room for bears to liquidate buyers near the $45k area as there's a lot of liquidity there. If that happens, BTC dominance will definitely slip down if the price remains there but if it gives a wick, then the dominance will just shake itself below 50 and then back up but during that timeframe, alts will rally hard. I think it'll be ETH and BNB still which will lead the rally if BTC's dominance slips below 50.

There are school of thought that Bitcoin dominance will go below 20%, if he likes of Ethereum is going to hit $10k and more. The most important thing this cycle is to position yourself in the right projects before the mega pump starts and always take your profit when the volume is high

So with that, we are expecting altcoins to pump more? I hope it will but just to see different when Bitcoin losses its value because as I observe that altcoins will also drop their value as these investors are jumping off from them in order to catch Bitcoin. That is why I'd never think now the x5, x10 market gains but to prepare to sell this and shift to Bitcoin. Because if Bitcoin will drop more, more investors will reinvest in Bitcoin.

Although it seems that the alt season has already started, it's quite risky to invest on such considering the fact that their prices are already too high. Most of the time, altcoin's value follows bitcoin's volatility and with that being said altcoin might get dragged down together when bitcoin suddenly experiences downfall. Still, there is a chance that as bitcoin goes down, altcoins will keep on rising up so you are free to choose whether you will take the risk or lose the chance. Either way, you should make yourself responsible on whatever you'll be deciding and make sure you take the best and wisest strategy to win on your investment.

If things go well and Bitcoin starts to catch its bullish trend again, we could see the season of highs this same 2021.

After the market volatility occurred last week, and the elasticity returned.  The forthcoming altcoin trend to explode is very clear.  You can immediately look at ETH, the ETH value at that time did not decline drastically in the direction of bitcoin, but it even achieved a new ATH at 2k5 at that time.

Alts have already made a run bigtime.  If anything I would think so.e profit taking and moving into bitcoin would start to happen as bitcoin hovers around this price.  Coins have 50x-100x without any real reason.  Possibly a whole market drag upwards but eventually it will happen, things will go right back to the bottom for alts.

I checked tradingview and it says Bitcoin dominance dropped to %50 now which clearly shows we are deep in altcoin season. Although we have time for further price increases in this market. Bitcoin will surely test its all time high in couple of days, maybe in 2 weeks at most. After that point we will see even more all time hits from many altcoins. It is still good to invest in altcoins, this is my opinion.

A word of warning :) , I'm really happy that more and more people are fomo following the market, I never made a vow at a time when the market got so much participation. I just want to share one more thing that if the market goes through the previous big moons, we will probably see a strong growth, I also had to prepare for a long time to be able to buy my crypto, but certainly not the present. Almost all the coins I hold have strong returns x10x, even with bitcoin I am still making a lot of profit from it and I have to say that the preparation will help you in good standing more.

I got an impression that for the alt season to come in, Bitcoin dominance has to go lower. Wait a minute , where did you get that 50% drop in Bitcoin dominance? yeah Bitcoin comes from 63% domination and now drops to Dominance:  BTC: 48.8% but i don't think that is computable by 50%?

Actually alt season always coming after bitcoin bullish season and it never fail us to understand what will be the next results in the crypto market.. Yes it takes time before alts make an improvement when bitcoin is crashing.. But if you realy a crypto lover you will always  at the point wherien ready to jump in any time just to don't miss the upcoming opportunity to gain massive profits again rather than losing ..

 For me this is like a survival game, what i mean dont wait until the situation becomes worst and always be ready for the next wave where its safe in order to survive.. No more prediction and indeed its up to us especially if we really know the cycle of this thing is and we already know what will be next big thing .

Yep it's been like this for the past week or so, but less so because of alt dominance, more so because price dropped over 20% for Bitcoin last week (recovered now but still about 15% away from the ATH).

This has happened before of course in 2018 and we all know what happened to alts after that;)

Also Ripple(XRP) brings me luck last time and now i have re buy once again for the next Pump this year.
wrong , early buyers is not appropriate to call because just this year alone if you come and buy some cheap coin like XRP then you will be counting your profit now because Ripple price drops even around 20 cents this early quarter and make it to almost 2$ last week that means more than 6 folds is your profit.

That fear is still in our minds, we will never be too confident of riding the bull run as we know things could change in an instant. The moment we FOMO and it turns out it's just a bull trap, that's would bring problem and we might again blame the market for that instead of ourselves.

We have to learn from our mistakes, bull run is not gonna last long, this is an opportunity to sell so we should do what is right.
