You’ll have to Rank-up to Full Member in order to wear an Avatar on your account’s profile. Being a Newbie, there’s quite a way to go, but it’s one of those perks that seem to motivate some people along the way, and to which I succumbed after resisting for a while after reaching the adequate rank.

For the personal text, you need to make it to Jr. Member.

There are multiple threads explaining what Merits are (see for example some of the threads referenced here:  List Of How To Get Merit Guides Thread (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5189040.0) – there are literally hundreds of threads on the topic if you use the search function to locate them).

You basically need to earn Merits in order to reach the ranks I mentioned before (1 to become Jr. Member and 100 to become Full Member, since you already hace the necessary Activity). Seeing your posting history (all bounty reports), and the difficulties you have with the English language, the task is going to be very uphill …

To wear an avatar you have to be a full member at least, as DdmrDdmr said.
But if you only need to post images, wear a signature and benefit from shorter waiting time between posts then you can buy a copper membership.

I don't know how important the avatar is to him, moreover, I think that the OP is not the original owner of this account.
This is my first time meeting an avid bounty hunter who doesn't know what merit is and doesn't care about rank, but cares about a profile photo.

You need to earn merit and increase your activity points by posting constructive post or high quality post even moderate posts as long as it can help someone who is in dire need of help about what that person want to learn and understand. As per requirements of each rank is I don't need to explain or share. Just check the link provided by DdmrDdmr and you're good to go. Just don't plagiarized when posting like you did and mentioned in above posts.

When that happen, op will only create a new account to achieve his/her dream about having a signature, personal text and avatar.

You've been here for two and a half years and haven't earned a single merit in all that time? Are you serious?

But, given your posting track record, it really shouldn't come as a surprise. You seem to be only interested in bounty campaigns and not actively engaging in the discussions on the forum. This is not a healthy approach to this community, and if you keep doing it, you will never advance to a higher rank.

Furthermore, it appears that your most recent (https://archive.ph/AF53O) posts are mere plagiarism as you copied the content without citing the original source. It is against the forum's rules and therefore will result in a ban.

Youve been on the forum for almost three years and still struggling with the signature and picture I think you focus yourself too much on the bounty campaign it's not late to change your habit if you want to join with the member having a signature and avatar on their profile. Still, you need to have single merit just to rank up because you already meet the qualification for the activity. If you want to boost you can buy a copper membership  to treat as the member rank.

I agree with your suspicion on the user. The account was created as far back as December, 2018. Though the user haven't been very much involved with forum discussions, he or she has been involved in other aspects of the forum as well especially the bounty section, the activity and post count on the account can attest to that. Being able to fill in proof of authentication and bounty reports properly simply means, the user has a base or is knowledgeable of what happens here and kind of knows how to find his or her way around. So, being concerned more on how to sign a message or text or how to have an avatar displayed on the accounts profile seems a lot odd.

The content as seen here seems to have been punctuated wrongly with complete disregard for capslock. It so much seems like the account changed hands to me. Perhaps the orientation wasn't enough to prevent these errors from coming off. Its just my suspicion.
