You can warn people in Scam Accusations and switch to the more quality exchange.
Your XLA coin is tradable on Bkex, which is quite reputable. there support is not too bad they always reply only 1 bed experience with this exchange when i was deposit WTC coin from binance and still i do not get from last year. the support told me that they are still using their old blockchain thats why my coins still not reached i hope one day they will update the WTC and i will get my coins.
