Have know that the main function for Blockchain technology is to gives its users full control of what happens in their accounts and even manages their digital assets. Users will be able to deposit their chosen amount to their pension account or use the function of the platform where you can choose the desired percent of the amount of the quest that will be automatically credited to your pension wallet. Annual interest will be accrued on the accumulated amount. Each year, the user will be able to extend the saving plan for another year or withdraw to their main wallet.

First of all, we are fully decentralized. That means that we will not do any forks or data replacement if there will be malicious data, we will just mark that this is malicious data.

I just read that Uniswap is launching or migrating to V3 next week and PanCakeSwap already launched V2 which most of the platform users including some projects token holder on the exchange are having some challenges to migrate to the V2 some even complain of not seeing their funds on the V1 at the moment. My question is if this instance of PanCakeSwap happened when Uniswap migrate to V3 how will WorkQuest team assist WQT holders to resolve the above problem?

The main thing for us now is the work on the product. Work Quest DAO release, Work Net release, Work USDT Wallet release.

Bridging the gap between employees and employers which is the concept of WorkQuest Project is a very good one because in most cases and due to my experience in the work space I observed that employers do punish employees most times without any offence such as not paying the agreed amount, reduction of agreed payment or even sacking the employees without paying a dime maybe after working for like 4 or 5 months even 9months the employers will terminate the employees appointment without any payment or notice I have experienced this from DogData project team.

My question is how will WorkQuest Project provide solution to issues like this? Is there anything like automatic escrow system? Please I will like you explain how you intend to solve issues like this using WorkQuest Ecosystem.

pancakeswap and 1inch are very good dex among those. Uniswap only trades ethereum tokens so gas fee in uniswap is very high. but if you use pancake swap you could easily trade your coins for cheap fee. in pancake the fee is usually from 0.001 to 0.003 BNB.. I never see higher than that fee for buying selling any tokens in swap.

Regarding the CEX. CEX are good for live trading.

Are our wallets secure?
Yes. We boldly claim this because of the complex and reliable system of storing private data.

First, all Work Quest wallets are decentralized. At the same time, the service does not store passwords, usernames, or secret phrases. The user’s storage is handled by the user himself, which reduces the risk of hacking due to the platform’s fault to zero.

Access keys for greater security are generated according to the BIP39 standard. And in case the user loses their key, they can enter a secret phrase that consists of 24 words.

Necessary: keep your key and secret phrase in a convenient but safe place. And it’s better never to lose it. You can’t access your wallet without them.

The wallet will be used for storing of WQT token and WUSD which is the platform stable coin.

What does our DAO system bring to workers and employers?

The Work Quest DAO is a decentralized management system regulated by an autonomous set of rules. They are all written and can be read on a public blockchain to see how the management process is going. The goal is to create and then maintain a fully transparent platform where people can find jobs and/or employees on fair terms for both of them.

To make transactions more transparent and safer, we introduced two cryptocurrencies: WUSD and WQT. While WQT is an “internal” management token used for platform orchestration, WUSD is a stablecoin based on the Work Quest Blockchain, which is built on Cosmos SDK. Its value is always as close to 1 US Dollar as possible.

I noticed it's only Demo version of the WorkQuest product that's available at the moment I will like to know when exactly we should be expecting the Beta version and the Complete Product launch? I know it's not easy launching a project most especially in Blockhain industry but it's an added advantage when there's a tentative information on when the General public should be expecting the complete product Live this will not only drive on expectations but also contribute greatly to the Demand of WQT Token.

This is a very good question. Because some projects, they never got out of their Demo stage. But with this type of platform, which a lot of people need during these trying times, they should fast track their developments here. I believe a lot of people will utilize this platform if it has been marketed correctly. Good questions, As far as I know Work Quest has a smart contract that allows to set the agreement between the employer and the employee. And it allows dividing a transaction into any number of milestones, you can define deadline, task or the job to be done and budget.

Yes, in the future we are not dependent from the Ethereum or Binance as we will need to develop our own blockchain (based on Cosmos SDK - you can read about it in our whitepaper).

Almost every crypto product price is down and the new projects suffer more because of lack of liquidity they dump more. Work Quest is working on a unique idea related to jobs and i am sure this coin could be one of the gems in the future. Although i don't recommend to buy a lot of this token but you should have some portion of our portfolio and hold them to get good returns (more than 10x).

Multisignature is a scheme for implementing an electronic signature that requires T keys from a group of N members (T < N) for its validity. At its core, it is a variant of the threshold signature. Still, it is implemented not as a single object but as a check of the specified conditions, which is carried out by the basic system of cryptocurrency scripts.

Multisignature in WorkQuest
Sometimes there is a need to withdraw the funds from a shared wallet. Specifically for such cases, we implemented the technology of Multisignature. It allows ensuring that the funds will be withdrawn only if at least 80% of the participants agree. This technology is very similar to the one Ethereum Blockchain uses in its multi-sig smart contracts.

Multisignature is used in three types of transactions — CreateMultisig, CreateTransaction, and SignTransaction.
CreateMultisig creates a wallet with a multi-signature. CreateTransaction creates a transaction to output the specified number of specified coins to the specified address. The creator of the transaction signs it immediately, and the transaction gets its unique identifier.
SignTransaction is a type of blockchain wherein the parameters there is a unique identifier of the transaction.
The multi-signature principle can be used to increase the security level for cryptocurrency payments. The 2-of-3 formula allows you to create a corporate address based on the signatures of the owner, director, and accountant.

With a multi-signature made up of family members with a small number of mandatory signatures, the loss of the secret key does not become a catastrophic problem. Even if the key falls into the wrong hands, the attacker is unlikely to convince the victim’s relatives to sign the transaction.
Multi-signature, which requires more than half of the board of trustees of a particular fund, will automatically act as a vote when considering decisions on the use of funds. Only those projects that receive the majority of votes in signatures under the transaction will be paid.

What is BECH32? Does WorkQuest support BECH32 wallets?

BECH32 is the address format. It was represented by BIP173 as a SegWit address. BECH32 consists of 42 characters and starts with bc1. For example: bc1qa5ndt07z2lu7r2kl6zrffw362chj74vse76lq5

BECH32 addresses are natively compatible with SegWit. This means that the transaction does not require additional space to put the SegWit in the P2SH address.

Yes, There are several reasons for that, are
- International migration of population
- Rapid growth of global trade and foreign direct investment flow
- Rapid technological changes
- Development of global infrastructure

We are very far from a global labor market, as evidenced by a wide disparity in wages. According to numerous studies, the median wage for jobs in developed countries is two and a half times the wage level for jobs with similar skill levels in the most advanced developing countries and five times the level in low-income countries.

Increased migration
The volume of emigrants from developing countries is just two-percent of their population, so emigration plays little role in raising wages by limiting the growth in labor supply in developing countries. Moreover, most studies show that immigration has had only modest long-term effects on wages in advanced countries
Rapid growth of global trade

Trade can promote wage convergence even when workers do not move. Developing countries with abundant labor available export goods that are labor-intensive to produce, so trade causes their wages to rise relative to rich countries, which have less labor and plenty of capital.

Foreign direct investment

Foreign direct investment in developing countries can raise the productivity of workers, and thus, their wages, by transferring management skills, capital, and technology. In the process, jobs are sometimes outsourced from advanced countries as well.

Technological changes

Skill-biased technological change is a major driver in reducing the demand for unskilled workers. At the same time, the transfer of all types of technology through FDI, international trade, and migration from advanced to developing countries provides an enormously important opportunity for raising productivity — and wages — in the latter. Moreover, increased competition from low-wage countries tends to spur labor-saving technology in advanced countries.

WorkQuest will be instrumental in solving the problem of unemployment. It simplifies the search for reliable employees and honest employers using the interface of a mobile phone application. Blockchain technology will ensure the truthfulness of reviews and comments of all parties.

We understand all these problems and try to solve them by building the world’s decentralized job market on the blockchain using smart contracts. Most of our achievements can be found on our GitHub page. We have implemented a WorkQuest cross-chain bridge and liquidity mining solutions on the ETH and BSC networks, although these points were not in the plans for this year. We also made the first listing on CEX and are planning the second one before the end of the year. We have also registered the WorkQuest trademark and there are many more thrilling things ahead. As for my personal achievements, the main one is that I managed to gather and unite the team of professionals who work at WorkQuest. Many thanks to everyone who contributed to our success!

The WorkQuest platform will offer the P2P insurance service by forming the decentralized insurance fund to support both performers and employers with a good rating.

How it works

A group of users makes contributions to form an insurance fund.  Part of the money is spent on paying for insured events, and at the end of the year, the fund's team votes to either leave the remaining amount in the insurance fund, or distribute it among all participants. The users do not have to vote themselves all the time, one can choose a confidant to vote on their behalf instead. The confidant receives a reward from the team for the time and competence spent. The higher the ratings are, the more trust and therefore the higher are the rewards!

After an employer creates a quest, it is first displayed on the map and then divided amongst others for urgent delivery (1-24 hours), short-term delivery (24-72 hours), and fixed delivery (time set per agreement).

What makes the WorkQuest wallet secure?

All official WorkQuest wallets are decentralized, meaning they’re non-custodial. Seed phrases and private keys are stored strictly on the user side, and the WorkQuest platform has no access to them in any way. The entire responsibility for the safety of this private data and funds in wallets lies with the owners.

Private keys are generated based on the BIP39 standard. The Seed Phrase consists of 24 words.
