Do you get a Transaction ID (not order id) from moonpay so that you can also track it on the blockchain explorer?

Go to the Tools Menu -> Electrum preferences; on the General tab, enable the Write logs to file option.

You can see the log files in the Electrum datadir (https://electrum.readthedocs.io/en/latest/faq.html#where-is-the-electrum-datadir-located) -> logs folder

This could be a case of either Moonpay scamming you or you not being connected and synched properly with an Electrum server.
If you enter your receiving address on a block explorer such as https://blockstream.info/ or https://blockchair.com/, can you see the incoming transaction there? If it's visible there, but not in your Electrum client, it could be just a synchronization issue. If it's shown on a block explorer, does it say confirmed or unconfirmed?

In your Electrum client, what is the color of the ball in the bottom right corner? Green means that it's synchronized, red means it isn't.
Try switching to a different server by clicking on that ball icon to bring up the network settings. Untick the Select server automatically option, pick a random server from the list, right click on it, and select use server. If the ball goes red after you switch servers, do it again until you find one that connects and syncs.

In addition to the above suggestions, also check you have purchased the correct coin - bitcoin (BTC) - and not some fake scam coin like BCash. Moonpay is closely linked with known scam site bitcoin.com which tricks people in to buying BCash thinking it is bitcoin. If you have accidentally purchased an altcoin, you will need to go through various steps to import the relevant private key in to a different wallet so you can send the altcoin back to an exchange and swap it for real bitcoin.

If you can share you transaction ID as Husna QA has suggested, then we can tell you more.
