Post by: Jordanglb on April 23, 2021, 11:29:30 AM
Hi, I'm sorry to be a pain. I'm new to crypto and was hoping someone could help me to withdraw my srk from p2pb2b as its no longer going to be listed there and I'm not sure how to do this. Thank you in advance for any guidance on this. 😊😊

You can talk to the support group of that exchange without mentioning your problem here.  The support team can help you.  Each exchange has its own support to solve the problem. All that support always helps the people.  If you want you can talk there.

Here's a video tutorial to make it easier for you: How to Withdraw from p2pb2b? (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ehCUbYIlGK8)

P2pb2b is known to be shady, check their trust summary (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=2509426) so better get all your funds out off the exchange and never use them again.

EDIT:

I realized the vid I linked is outdated as they have made changes to their website but the core remains to be the same. You have to transfer the coins from your trading account (if any) to your main account in order to withdraw your funds.

So Wallet (top right) > Trade Account > choose the coin > Transfer, and then back to Main Account > choose the coin > Withdraw

So you are talking about SRK(Sparkpoint). Im not sure if you do able to pull it off yet to know once a coin tends to be delisted there would be specific time frame for you
to pull out those coins which is usual thats why you should be attentive to any announcement in related to this.

You can read up more about on their Delisting Policy:
https://p2pb2b.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360010845477-Delisting-Policy

But you can test out to connect or contact their support if there are still chance. There's no hard to try.

Should still be fine.

I actually checked last night but couldn't find any announcement so I just went and create a throw away account and looks like it is still available for withdrawal.

Transfer is grayed out for all coins regardless of whether it is in main acc or trade acc so I guess that's the default for those who have 0 in there or maybe because this is an unverified account.

But if you do encounter a problem op, yeahh you should reach out to their support

  • Submit a request (https://p2pb2b.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new)
  • Telegram (https://telegram.me/p2pb2b_io)

Did you receive any announcement op? It's a problem when exchanges don't inform users about this. I couldn't find any article either....

P2PB2B usually announces which coins they are going to delist and give their customers up to 14 days to withdraw them (transfers and deposits will be suspended immediately as of the announcement date).
Sparkpoint is an erc-20 token. So, if the 14 days window hasn't elapsed yet, then just login to your account and withdraw all your tokens to any wallet which supports erc-20 (basically any ethereum wallet).

If you manage to withdraw your assets, It should also be the last time you use p2pb2b. The exchange has been a proven scam where people have lost lots of money. Just search in the scam accusations board. You will see lots of complaints.

They have also been accused of faking trading volume.

Good platforms remove all trading orders and leave the user the freedom to withdraw his coin from the platform within  6 months to a year, after which those currencies may be frozen and ask for identity verification before withdrawing them.
P2pb2b is famous for its dark activities and some people have scam cases against it. consider the possibility that you were exposed to scam and lost your coins.

Email the support team and stop using it.

I believe you can withdraw funds now by following the above instructions given by other users. Just be careful from scammer's. Perhaps you would receive PMs from scammers to help withdraw your funds from the exchange and may ask for login credentials. Just in case you received such as PM then ask them to write here if they really intend to help you. Scammers always have been targeting newbies. Besides that, their many accusations against p2pb2b on the forum. Their service is a kind of worst, listing many fake projects just for listing fees. So better to avoid this exchange and move on to a well-reputed exchange. 14 days is really too short for withdrawing delisted coins.
