i did great new account on primedice its name ( spata )

and i did deposit doge coin and play normal and good

and i did try cashout my funds 3000 doge coin but system ask me to add email and confirmed it

i did follow steps

but  here is problem i got  ( Error Confirmation key has expired )

i did try like 5 or 6 times same error i got new notification i need waiting a day

i lost focus and control for waiting because all i need is cashout my funds

i did ask support they slow answear and she ask me to waiting 24 hours

i lost control about that answear because i need money cashout in time waiting i did play some till lost funds

but why they scam like this make error cashouts and scamed me  ?

yeah because scam clear 100%

if not scam why they not help me in time i ask  them send me my 3000 doge it was in balance befor i lost control and angry because errorr

so this is FISHING USERS

to make them angry for betting  till lost

if i was able to cashout i was not betting my 3000 doge i was fine with primedice

Ive never played at primedice , its a known tactic By casinos and dice sites to stahl during a withdraw. Because they know most people do not have the will power or patients to wait. Almost always the player goes back to wagering their balance. Perfectly legal for the casinos to do this. Next time wait it out.

The dice site i play at when i make a withdraw i cant reverse the withdraw back into my casino account. The only thing i can do is wait till it lands into my personal wallet.

Gambling is bad and addictive and will always take yoyour money even if you are lucky and win in the end you will lose.

You've been posting accusations about primedice since last year and if you've been having problems with them for that long, why would you use them?

But you seem to be one of the few that are having issues with them. PD won't scam people with that amount, they've been one of the earliest dice sites in the community and have built their trust and reputation for that long.

The support has answered you that you have to wait.

Primedice is not responsible for your impatience. You should have waited patiently until they processed your support ticket so you could have withdrawn your funds without any further issue. You're not scammed, you lost patience and gambled your remaining funds. That is all YOUR fault and NOBODY forced you to do so.

You've been into the gambling for a long. One of the user mentioned about your accusations on primedice taking place for a much longer time period. Even in the support ticket it is clearly said about the self exclusion. You could've known well about this feature earlier itself. You have lost patience, this happens with users. If I was in such scenario I'll get anger, but I'm also a reason for the mistake. It is not the primedice alone.

Why didn't you wait until your withdrawal was approved? It seems to me the problem is you not them. You couldn't even wait for 24 hours.

You should stop blaming PD for your loss. You clearly knew what you were doing.

Firstly, it was your fault that you didn't setup the email address with your account. You have created your account two and a half months ago, so you should have added it earlier. And why have you continued your betting while the support told you to wait until they solve it? If the amount was necessary for you then you should have wait without placing more bets. The support said you the right thing, you need professional attentions of gambling aware.

From your post history, it's clear that you are an old user of primedice. You had account there before and also made accusation against primedice earlier. Learn from your mistakes and always be careful about adding valid email address with your accounts (where it is needed).

They asked you to fill your address to keep your account safe from hack or you can recover it if you forgot your account password. I see nothing wrong by doing that, they didn't ask your KYC though.

Yeah there really is no conspiracy to take your doge away. It sounds like you weren't able to verify your email due to some weird issue. By now I'm guessing you have been able to withdraw?

Given your post history it look like you have been using primedice consistently for years and yet every year continue to call it a scam?

Sounds funny here, I guess OP will stay longer in Primedice even though Op continues calling this site is a scam. I believe now on the saying of, "the more you hate the more you love".

Glad to hear that OP's problem now has been solved and OP was able to withdraw the 3,000 doges and yet, this will prove that PD isn't a scam but at least even though there are technical issues, still they will pay their users.

This case now is solved and should be closed.

It wasn't a scam but rather an impatient behavior resulting to your lost.
There is a huge difference between scam and losing your money on gambling.
They didn't scam you, You lost your money on gambling so there is no one to blame but yourself for being impatient and greedy.
To be honest I also experience the same thing but I couldn't remember what site I used to gamble back then I also lost my money the same way OP lost his,
But I don't accuse them of being scammer because it was my fault on continuing to gamble when I could just wait till they fixed the issue.

Patience tends to help out a lot in these cases op. Based on what you posted, PD never mentioned that they would close your account or something. If you waited for a little while longer, you probably wouldn't need to create this thread.

This is what I would like to know too. Stunna made it seem like op's issue has been resolved, but there is still no update from op regarding this issue yet.

OP, in 2020 there are already fraudulent threads that your, guys made about Primedice, I have never played on the Primedice site and do not know what your goals are regarding this accusation.

Probably not, OP said he have lost the fund because of his gambling habit. He continued his betting without waiting for the solution. And after losing his fund he created this accusation against PD. Would it be fair to give the amount back to the user what he/she lost by betting? Just read the whole story of OP, everything will be clear then

So, it's clear that OP haven't visited primedice after creating this accusation, because he knows that he won't get the amount what he lost by gambling. This is fully baseless accusation

You overlook his statement. The support is the one who tells him to wait for 24hrs. He did not claim that he visit PD after he post this thread though. Just to be fair if  OP really have money in line here. As we notice. OP is not fluent on English that's why he is having a hard time to express his situation to the support base on the screenshot he provided.

Honestly I do not think that the screenshot that he included can be considered as scam on Primedice. It is just not enough. The support really did his job to explain to him what happened. Am I right or I'm missing something? Did the OP even digested and understood what the support was trying to say to him?

This is what I was wondering as well, I have not played in that casino but I have encountered similar errors before and it is obvious this is going to take some time for this to be fixed so the only thing you need to do is to wait and yet the OP could not do it.

I find this to be absurd as well, even if somehow the OP can argue the casino was stalling for time hoping he will keep gambling at the end of the day they did not force him to gamble, he kept gambling out of his own volition and lost.

Honestly, this is the first time I saw a scam accusation against a legendary site for the past 3 years. Maybe bring this to the right section and follow the format, put all the necessary evidence if you have to make this thread more interesting to discuss.

Without enough proof, you will look bad here, instead of getting sympathy, you'll only make PD more popular.

People like the OP will always find ways to blame others and never accept their fault. This is not the first time he started a scam accusation against gambling sites and yet he comes again every now and then whenever he looses. No one will have any issues with the reputation of Prime Dice and they will not purposefully stall any user, they are giving away more money on a daily basis and he thinks they need his money to run the site  :D.

That's right Primedice I know also is a professional gambling site, any problems of any player there definitely resolved during their patiently waiting, give full evidence, and explains the problem in detail. It's funny if he complains of his own mistakes. Losing control is common in gambling games as long as you can hold back and wait until it's resolved maybe that will be fine.

We don't need even to act fast with code which has been sent to our email.  I've tried many sites and it's allowed to put our code even if after 30 minutes, its different with 2FA, where you need to put it ASAP you can before it changed.

Okay, now you're just starting to sound like a total paranoic. Making errors to make the customers angry so they would lose their money? That's just insane, and who on Earth could've come up with such an idea? There are way better and more crafty scamming schemes. It's not their fault that you've played through all your money, it's 100% they weren't trying to make you angry, 24 hours isn't that long. Didn't it occur to you that the operators could've been busy and have other work to do and that's why they told you to wait? Primedice is a very popular website, they have a lot of customers to deal with.
So I suggest if you don't like them - simply play on other websites, there's plenty. But don't make false accusations, because there was nothing wrong with what they've done.
Also, it looks like you can't fully control yourself in gambling and have an addiction if such a tiny thing made you lose so much money.

Op, if it's not the first time you're accusing Primedice of scamming you, why are you still using the website? If you don't like this casino, you can find a new one, but if you keep playing there, it must mean that you don't really think they're scammers. And if 3000 doge is all you have, and you're gambling with this money, it sounds like you might have a problem with gambling because playing with money you cannot afford to lose is a red signal. And if there was an error when you tried to withdraw, it doesn't mean that the website FORCED you to gamble your money away. Just like the support officer on your screenshot mentioned, if you cannot stop gambling, it's a problem you should focus on. But this has nothing to do with scam.

Yes, he has a problem with self control obviously as he force himself to gamble his money although actually he can wait.
Even worst he is not even willing to accept suggestion or critiques as he believe that he did it because of other things.

If his previous posting history is any indication it seems he is going to be unable to do something like that, he is too self-absorbed, whenever things do not go his way then there is this big conspiracy against him and somehow the casino can force him to gamble, I do not know how he can argue this happened, does he think the casino has some kind of technology to manipulate him? And even if we were to concede that, which is insane I know but I am doing this just for the sake of the argument, then why not use that technology for something way more profitable?

I have been playing in primedice and stake for the last three years, I like stake the most because they don't give any limit in sports betting. In the last three years of the journey I have never seen their support team give a slow reply, I could not accept this objection in any way.
Moreover, Eddie is very trusted and successful gambling founder in our community. I don't think any of Edward's companies can scam people. If you are right, they will take your accusation seriously, stay away from spreading rumors..

I'd play PrimeDice in my early years in crypto and as far as I know the site is super legit and I guess I encountered some glitches over it but I think they are just the minor ones and they work on it to be fixed.

This site has proven how long they are legitimately operating and you're one of those who accused them without clear case.

It is not normal at all, you may feel of being cheated but you should not express it publicly if it is just based on your own feeling.
