Hello, I am new to all of this, but I was able to set up lolminer to mine ETH on my desktop perfectly fine. When I run it on my laptop I run into this weird error. Anyone know what is going on?

A laptop uses Rx Vega ? What's the name of this laptop cos I'm just seeing this for the first time, also try nicehash miner first and see how that performs, if nicehash miner works then lolminer doesn't want to work on your laptop for unknown reasons, if lolminer is a must for you then start with AMD driver, update to the latest

Maybe lolminer decide not to work on your laptop because you don't use the right config? By the way have you active compute mode in your AMD Radeon settings? This might be the issue if you running on laptop, also download AMD blockchain driver to test it out

try running it behind a VPN... you're having connectivity issues.  
Your anti-virus might be preventing your from connecting also.
