I know that caused by there are lots of my friends have already invested their money on this project. persistance has very good team behind it and it was also getting hyped now.
I do believe this coin can be listed on binance just like LINA, ramp and many more. This coin gets a positive feed back from the public investors on ico drop as well. I have indeed seen the XPRT project through the Persistence protocol, https://persistence.one/ but I have not seen its progress to what extent so I have not been able to provide many responses, but it looks good. I'm US-based and it seems like a PITA to get access as well as a wallet that accepts it.
