Mostly there is a Bitcoin mixer styling, altcoin are used for speculative purposes so you will not find a real altcoin mixer.
this list have most famous mixing services that are still working until today[1].
You may need to use Binance to convert between Bitcoin and some alcoins without KYC but your identity may be tracked.

I am not a big fan of Bitcoin mixer nor its necessary for me. But I have used once a time Go-Overt Bitcoin mixer for testing purposes before taking their campaign. Overall all experience was fine except SSL issue. Most probably they used Cloudflare and that's the issue about privacy. So it would solve once you use the onion browser instead of clear net. I don't know their current status since I was using it a while ago. Just make sure if you want to use it and just use it at your own risk. On the other hand, although I hadn't used Chipmixer they have a good reputation on the forum. So you may try it if needed. Any mixer should use at your own risk, keep it in mind.

Chipmixer all the way.

Here's their ann thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1935098.60

Reason? They're simply the best currently and been known and been trusted into this market. When it comes to mixing then i dont experience any hiccups on it.
Everything works as it should be and been using it several for now.

On this list, only BitCloak Bitcoin mixer didn't exist and I don't know what happen to them but it seems their site was down at this moment.

I never tried to use the Bitcoin mixer service because that is not necessary for me since I'm comfortable with anything using Bitcoin without filtering any of my trsanctions.  But there's one that I highly recommend, that's Chipmixer.  I have been here for almost 4 years and I witnessed how good their service is, there's no major complaint and I didn't hear someone lost their fund.

But you must be careful upon accessing the site because Bitcoin mixers are prone to phishing links that could be misleading you to the fake link, it might be good if you will head up on this thread too, ⚠️ List of Bitcoin Mixer or tumbler SCAM/CLONE websites ⚠️ (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5163858.0).
