Mostly there is a Bitcoin mixer styling, altcoin are used for speculative purposes so you will not find a real altcoin mixer.this list have most famous mixing services that are still working until today[1]. You may need to use Binance to convert between Bitcoin and some alcoins without KYC but your identity may be tracked. But I have used once a time Go-Overt Bitcoin mixer for testing purposes before taking their campaign. Overall all experience was fine except SSL issue. Most probably they used Cloudflare and that's the issue about privacy. So it would solve once you use the onion browser instead of clear net. I don't know their current status since I was using it a while ago. Just make sure if you want to use it and just use it at your own risk. On the other hand, although I hadn't used Chipmixer they have a good reputation on the forum. So you may try it if needed. Any mixer should use at your own risk, keep it in mind.

But there's one that I highly recommend, that's Chipmixer. I have been here for almost 4 years and I witnessed how good their service is, there's no major complaint and I didn't hear someone lost their fund.
