Title: Replace By Fee on BlockChain.com
Post by: investorck on April 30, 2021, 02:08:55 PM
I have some transactions that have been unconfirmed now for about 2 weeks. Does anyone know how to use the Replace By Fee feature on Blockchain.com?
Thank you

Unless Blockchain.com changed their wallet recently, I don't think they have opt-in RBF at all.

Go to Blockchair.com, search up your transaction IDs and check if the Replace By Fee is opted in. If not, then CPFP would be your only choice.

ranochigo is right. Unfortunately, Blockchain.com does not support rbf. Therefore, you can't bump the fees.
However, you can accelerate your transaction by creating a CPFP transaction. If you didn't spend your whole balance then you can do it yourself by exporting your wallet to an external wallet app that supports spending unconfirmed funds (Electrum is a good choice).
You can also try your luck with ViaBTC free accelerator (https://www.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator) if your transaction is paying more than 0.0001 btc/kB.

If the transactions have been unconfirmed for two weeks, then provided you aren't rebroadcasting them, they are both due to be dropped by the majority of nodes in the near future. At that point, you should be able to just make a new transaction using these coins and paying a more appropriate fee, although you may need to import your seed phrase in to Electrum as Blockchain.com might refuse to allow you to make a new transaction.

If you share your transaction hashes we can tell you whether this, RBF, or CPFP, is possible.
