Have you checked with bitpay.com, they must be one of the famous and known crypto payment processor. I think the main reason for their downward trajectory was that they suddenly imposed restrictions on a large number of countries and thus lost a certain number of users. As for trust, I suggest you do a little research - there are always those who are dissatisfied and those who have a completely opposite opinion. But it is custodial, and I prefer noncustododial wallets like electrum, but if you have a company and need ways your customers can generate invoice and pay into your address, you can make use of it.
