Hello!

So let me just start to explain my situation, I am the developer of the coin "cryptocoin" and I've been building a new crypto exchange for the past few months, the aim was to use cryptocoin as the exchanges native currency and offer exchange listings to new/small coins for really low price. What has happened you ask? well basically I'm from Ireland and our government just brought in new regulations concerning cryptocurrency exchanges and custodial wallet services. It means that in order to launch the exchange I would have to register a limited company, hire a team of lawyers and go through a huge application process with the Irish Central Bank just to get licencing for AML reporting. So for how small it was meant to be at the start it just isn't feasible for me to go ahead with it, I would have needed serious investment to get it off the ground here which I don't have the time or skills to do as I am currently in full time education studying computer science.

So what am I selling? I am selling a fully working exchange, with very desirable branding and a beautiful frontend design. The domain name  cryptx.trade and also if the buyer would like I can simply give them the entire dedicated server I have the site setup on with kimsufi (which is extreme cost efficient). The only tasks a new owner would have to do is setup the crypto wallets and change all the passwords etc.

The exchange is built with opendax and it uses Ruby on Rails & docker. The frontend is made with react.
