After reaching 3k now, it looks possible for ETH to go down again.
Like Bitcoin right now, BTC is really undecided where to go next and price has declined from 65k to 57k.
Maybe we see a similar drop for Ethereum now after reaching 3k to drop back to 2.5k.

It will be increasing even more than 3k. I didn't expect the price will be going down again and you must see the fundamental of ethereum. There will be another big update come very soon. people will be betting all of their money into the ethereum. This time ethereum already surpassed 3k and it's still steadily increasing again.
I think that your prediction will not become the true story. Crypto is so crazy these days. I do believe bitcoin will touch another ath again very soon.

Most of the altcoins right now are declining together with bitcoin but ethereum keeps on pushing up. Stronger than other altcoins, even the trading volume stands out compare with the other altcoins.

And for the first time ever, today hit  at $3k. It is hard to pull it back now that eth is really showing massive progress and up 300% this year. The demand of eth still showed another one today and uproar again.

That is the inevitable rule, I also feel happy when it adjusts. If you are a follower of this market for many years, problems like this only affect the mentality of new entrants. Nothing in any market will go up without falling.

Asking about the dropping? Correction is normal , it happens everytime when the price climbs high but if you mean dumping again for long? i think it will maintain the 2,000$value.

There will be a short correction for ETH this week, but in my opinion, i think ETH won't go down drastically even after ETH already hit $3k.

I would of agreed with you however what is strange is that this rally is being led by the spot markets and not derivatives like in the past. Means that more people are buying ETH on spot instead of on high leverage, and hence it means that the chances of a huge rug pull are smaller and longs seem safer.

In the past when BTC would break new ATHs the funding was very high and usually shortly after we got a nasty rug-pull and we moved back 15% in a matter of hours. Usually a cascading of long liquidations however now that doesn't seem to be the case. The funding is flat.

Bitcoin never reach $65k, it was only $64k back then. And bitcoin was down to 47k as lowest price.

 Why you can said it similar? Drop from $3000 to $2500 isn't similar with bitcoin. I would suggest anyone to cash out some of their ETH on $3000, as this hype might be end and then price will be drop again as people will dump it now.

it's not really that believable but these guys are really trying to help the cryptocurrency to be known to regular people. Raoul Pal also has his eyes on ETH that will probably exceed BTC. now he is sayings it's better than BTC because it's a lot more executable and programmable money.

I think Ethereum prices will continue to grow for now. as long as the price of bitcoin does not fall, the development of ethereum prices will continue to rise slowly by slowly. Although the price is still likely to go down, it looks like it looks promising for now to reach the $ 3100 range. however, my expectations ethereum price continue to rise for now.

Bruh, even the london hardfork hasn't come yet and you're already talking as if after eth reaches 3k it's gonna go down which hopefully not gonna be the case, even at the time i'm writing this it's already making its way to 3,2K and once the london hard fork takes effect 4k just seems like a normal price for eth considering the influx of capital from BSC which if i'm being frank, filled with bunch of garbage coins and rug pulls people eventually gonna get tired and coming back to ETH and there's many projects as well that try to bridge their dapps to ETH making this coin even more prospective.

Well, it did great leap in such short time comparing to Bitcoin and many other altcoins. Although Ethereum isn't one simple altcoin, its the most important altcoin so price is justified. In summary, I expect Ethereum to have some sort of correction like going down a bit, not more than %5 at max. Since bull run continues.

I don't think that Now Ethereum will come back to 2.5k. It can come to 2.7-2.8 but not 2.5K. Did you think that Ethereum can reach 3K. I am sure you haven't thought that so now ethereum can go to 4k-5k.

It has always looked possible to go in both directions,,, and in fact I was waiting for the correction to go below 2k because since breaking that border ETH has actually never gone down even once below 2k. The price of Ethereum will not down below 3k for sure as a lot of people getting interested investing on ETH look at the market it is still pumping unlike Bitcoin and other altcoins are stable.

I would say a pretty good number 1 post for any member. ETH might drop once it hits 0.1 BTC price or 0.12 BTC price value, until then it is definitely undervalued. I wouldn't care much about its $$ value. ETH still has lots of potential and many good projects are already working on the ETH platform, when some of them get more investment and value, ETH will automatically get more valued.

Also, check the ETH dominance in the coinmarketcap charts, it's increasing every day and we are seeing a good uptrend daily.

Exactly correct. ETH was flying so high at 1400 and went down to almost 5% of the old ATH so now even when it looks like it will keep on growing,,, there is nothing to say that it will not again drop down at any level or time. Remember that even if ATH for this rally is 10000 5% of that is only $500 which is even less than where BNB is now;)

It may crash at any time as per technicals because right now ethereum is trading into overbought zone as per many indicators. This cannot be an end to ethereum but this point may lead to short term correction which may last up to 2 to 3 weeks before we see another round of bullish rally. At the same time, bitcoin may break $60k levels in coming session which may lead bitcoin to have new ATH above $70k levels.

I mean,,, I do agree that price should not drop after $3000 but push onwards after a few tests and minor corrections but it can be quite normal for the first test of it to cause an immediate drop from people who have limit orders all triggering on 3000. 5 days after posting this , Ethereum still holding a 3,400$ price with 24% increase in the last 7 days, meaning staying strong and dominance from altcoins .

each coin has a different case. So don't confuse Ethereum with Bitcoin. if you look at the current ethereum is very strong and has no possibility of dropping below 3k. I see ethereum will stabilize at 3k price until the next rally.

At what stage is VanEck'S proposal now? Can a decision be expcted soon? I thought I read that the SEC wants to commit on it or make a decision in June. It would support the price although I don't believe the effect will be so powerful. Institutional investors by now have enough options to safely trade.

For ETH situation then it did reach out new heights but you should know on when to get out because we cant really see a market that would continue to rise up.
There would always be a correction comes after and you should really be aware with that or be mindful on setting out goals so that you wont get yourself caught in the dump
but if you do tend to hold for long term then this wont really mind you.

Wishing to see ETH on that price at the end of the year and hopefully the whole bull run continues until we reaches that level. We’ve break many resistance with ETH and there’s no sign of weakness, though we are seeing a pullback now I still see this as temporary, after this one we will aim to hit $5k and go beyond the expectation of many so ETH is still a good coin to invest for.

If Bitcoin starts another bullish rally I believe that Ethereum will more or less star on par with Bitcoin in relative terms. I highly doubt that Bitcoin will gain back its dominance it once had. There are a few alts that may undergo a significant rally. Even large investors know that investing big in Bitcoin right now could put them at risk. It is not an say call to make now.
