Great work on the slot wagering requirements part of your first review! I was of the same opinion as you that slots are supposed to count 100% to the wagering requirements because of the big house edge associated with these games. Making it even harder for players to generate some profit and lying about the rollover conditions seems misleading to me.

I would be interested in reading your opinions on my two favourite casinos, Sportsbet and FortuneJack.

I also don't understand why your country is restricted, but the support agent gave you the green light to deposit and withdraw from the casino. We have rules here, but you are free to brake them if you like. ??? I wonder what would have happened if you recorded a huge win and Fairspin realized you were using a VPN or you're located in a restricted country? Would they have confiscated your winnings and said your broke their ToS or paid out.

I like the title and design of your site, but I have no idea why you decided to review a site which I have never heard of initially instead of focusing on more popular crypto casino sites out there.

Crypto-Games, Stake, Primedice, FJ, Roobet, Duelbits etc are some examples of popular crypto casinos currently. I advise adding crypto sportsbook reviews in the future too.

Honestly we have plenty of places, some good some horrible, that does the same thing. What do you think that you will do differently that will make people check yours out instead of the others? I get that there are tons of very badly made ones that are only there for the profit, the affiliate income from the clicks are what they are after and that is why they do not deserve us going there which you can be better and I understand that.

However how are you going to be better than the good ones? I am not going to name your competition here and put you in a tough spot, but you know which ones I am talking about and maybe you are handling yours very well but that doesn't change the fact that you are trying to make a business in one of the most crowded spaces of crypto, there are hundreds of business' this way and that is why it is a bit harder to get more known.

I like the concept of your website and it's with real reviews, unlike the other reviews that we've seen that's purely giving only their biases because they're paid to do so. But with yours, it's coming from a personal experience and you're even there as a professional for a long time.

Site design is a bit flat and simple but i do like it.There are lots of gambling site reviews that do exist on this market but doesnt really get soo much views.

Try to look on what https://www.btcgosu.com have done- not literally saying you should copy but you should follow on how he handle things up.

So far this is one of the review sites that is popular into this forum and not just those fly-by-night review sites.

I love the idea that in your landing page, you already set the parameters for the people that you want to interact in your website, good thing that I am not a gambling addict, or someone who uses gambling as a means for financial stability. Hope that your website becomes big in this forum.

My reviews are not better or worse than others, they are just mine. I make a deposit and play, showing all the aspects of the gambling websites I review. Besides that I have 10+ years of experience in gambling and know what to check and what tricks can be hidden in T&C. I also know that 95% of the reviews that you can find online are the paid ones and some of them even created by the casino copywriters. So there is a low chance that you will get fair information from such reviews.

I don't think the competition amongst honest reviewers is as big as you think. Most of them get paid for the reviews they write. Gambling Bro's blog is free from ads and casino recommendations you often see with the competition. It's very rare to find a site where you don't get bombarded with notifications telling you to sign up to this or that casino. Not to mention that those ads are often for 1xbit. With that move alone, he eliminated half of his competition.

I suggest you have a look at his first review and the segment that focuses on how the casino distorts the truth regarding rollover requirements. 

True, it is the reason why I also ask sometimes that same question as you have mentioned that some reviews are paid so that the site's review of different gambling sites will be good compared to honest reviews such as this one. I even notice some review sites have a clickable button with a sign up now and contains referral link from each gambling sites that is in thier reviewed site list.

Holy shit, this is a really risky way to do a review in my opinion since you are funding your own money to do these review, hopefully your review will become a successful site. You might want to consider going for donations in this forum for your review funds so you can do a more extensive review of the games, kind of like the community is paying for you to gamble

Nice review, I have to agree with most part of the review but of course I cant agree with some part of the review.
Talking about welcome bonuses or deposit bonuses, is it something really attractive these days?
I believe most gamblers (at least my gambling friends) do not like to take any welcome bonuses or deposit bonuses because of its requirement.
Promotions gets 2 points out of 5 is questionable for me, I have to say that Stake is the site that offers so many promotions compared to other casinos.

I think the reviews you're making do stand out from the rest in a good way: they truly look professional. You pay attention to many things and have a detailed grading system. However, I have a couple of questions:
1. Are welcome and wagering bonuses truly that important to get a category of its own, separately from promotions?
2. How will you ensure that your individual bias (which all of us have in some areas) doesn't affect the reviews? Wouldn't it be better to add a separate category like 'overall reputation' which encompasses the opinion of the gambling community? This can also help with ensuring that your rating accounts for selective scamming because otherwise you having some positive experience and giving the casino 5/5 for KYC and 5/5 for withdrawals (hypothetically) might not be representative. Or you could add a comment section below the reviews and then take them into account in your reviews.

Actually most of the crypto casino charge higher withdrawal fee for BTC. And most often you will feel disappointment by comparing the average fee rate of bitcoin network and the casino withdrawal fee. The first question of ‘kryptqnick’ is logical from my view. Welcome and wagering bonus should get include into promotions. Real gambler doesn't take the welcome bonus as an important thing.

BTW, I got surprised while I noticed that you have given 0 out of 5 in “Bonus wagering requirements” of Stake. You have given this rating as a newbie experience. But Stake deserve higher rating in this section too. They gives rakeback, weekly bonus, monthly bonus based on user wager. I appreciate your review making system but the experience will be different of a regular gambler and new gambler of a casino. I also think that you should add comment option below the reviews.

I do agree that most crypto casinos charge high withdrawal fees, but this is a valid reason as to why points were deducted in this case. He even provided an example to verify his statement.

Casinos like Bitcasino, Sportsbet etc deserve a higher rating in this area since they literally charge zero withdrawal fees and their minimum withdrawal amounts are low too. Perfect combination!

Regarding the welcome bonuses: there are several casinos that offer free of wagering deposit bonuses and prizes in the promotions. I will review one of these casinos soon.

Now promotions... Yes, there are a lot of different promos at Stake, but they all are based on the lottery or pure luck mechanics. Those promos might be looking interesting, but they are hard to accomplish. The only goal of these promotions is to force you to bet more and more. I was not able to find any promotion, that I can just participate in and win something without any Influence of luck.

1. The welcome offers usually do not change that often. The promotions are usually updated and replace on the monthly basis. This is the reason why I divide these offers.
2. How can I be sure that the 'gambling community' opinion is unbiased? I know how things work in gambling: 90% of the reviews and the opinions you can find online are the paid ones. Of course, there is an impact of my personal experience on each review. I will enable the comments soon, that's a good idea indeed.

A lot of crypto casinos do not take the withdrawal fee at all. Or at least this fee should be reasonable. If I can deposit Bitcoin paying ~4 usd fee, then it is kinda weird to deduct ~8 USD on the withdrawal on the same day.

Real gamblers do not take bonuses and they do not read the casino reviews as well. So my reviews are definitely more useful for novice gamblers.

I have made a 150 usd deposit, played a bit, lost some money, and did not receive any rakeback or weekly bonus. I might even want to play further to get something, but they don't want to let me know what to expect next from the loyalty program.

his review site is actually a comprehensive one as compared to regular review sites. he even included snapshots of conversations with the support, which is actually great! this i think is much better than review sites who are mainly after for the referral commission. even if he is slow trying to publish ratings of these casinos, at least I believe he is indeed doing great job of dissecting each category and be as detailed as much as possible.

Alright, let's have a look. The "promotions" posted on the Services section are competitions, where you need to make videos or pieces of art in order to win. I am a gambler, not a video maker or artist. These competitions are not for everyone and a proper name for those are the 'paid tasks' rather than promotions.

If we check the Games and Rounds section, then there is one guessing promo and each round has around 30 participants, hunting for a 50$ reward. This is something that might be interesting for the 'freebies' hunters, but not for the serious players who have their own money to deposit and play.

Yeah I support your claim here mate, because the promotions must be targeting gamblers and not those Bounty hunters that sad to say are mostly not a real gambler.

the Advertising and promotions must focus in serious gamblers in which the one that is truly spending "MONEY" in playing and not spending time to earn payments.

But even though mate i still believe that Roobet will extend their promotions .Bonuses and also the Transaction fees that really hurts gamblers specially small players like me.

I think the important thing about reviews is feedback, we live in other times where the user does not want to be just a passive reader, they want to participate and give their opinion. You can always tell the truth of your experience that is unobjectionable and serves as an orientation but the north or better what gives credibility to that review is to have readers who endorse it, confirm it.

I don't care about the design and even do not include the design as one of the sections in my reviews. The gamblers are playing the games, which are pretty much the same. The gamblers want fast and cheap withdrawals. The gamblers want fair promotions. So these are the points I am focusing on.

Regarding coindragon, I have already checked their website. They do not offer any slots and I am not a big fan of dice games, to be honest. So I might check the websites like coindragon and similar, but they all are at the end of the queue.

That's actually a genuine concern, they can be faking the reviews and pose as a customer to exaggerate or embellish their experience in that casino, I get your point, it's dangerous because of that thing. I think you will have a hard time doing the right interactivity feature to help your site engage with the audience.

That is the point of interactivity, I am not saying that a "anonymous" have an "official" opinion on your page, but the point of any review is that it is a particular opinion, that it is true or that it works for everyone is relative.

The review seems to be fair and from my view Stake has got the top rating among the entire number of cryptocurrency accepted gambling platforms that has been reviewed till date.

I have read all of your reviews. Duelbits got the full rating in promotional part. You have given only 2 points on Stake promotional part. Where you haven't said anything about their interesting bonuses which I have mentioned here in past. Rollbit and Stake have minimum $10k wager requirements for first VIP level. Bc.game have $17k wagering requirement to unlock the rakeback system. $10k-$20k isn't a big wager amount for the regular bettors. A regular user will surely give higher points to the promotional part of those casino. Duelbits and Betfury giving good bonuses from beginner level. By playing on regular basis you will discover that each casino gives almost same amount as bonus to their user.

The payment was processed and Cloudbet has sent me a link to the transaction hash. Here is the fee that my withdrawal was sent with, only 0.00000715 (0.34 USD):

So here is what happened:

• Before I made the deposit the support agent stated that there is no fee deducted by Cloudbet, only network fee
• Cloudbet deducts 25 as a fee on the withdrawal
• Cloudbet sends the withdrawal with a 0.34 USD fee
• Support states that this is how the blockchain works and that my 25 USD fee was deducted before
• The deducted fee was literally stolen by Cloudbet

What do you guys think about this? For me it looks like a total scam.

Well, I wouldn't call them a total scam... You did get your withdrawal processed and got the funds in your wallet.  :D

With regard to the unreasonable withdrawal fee, I have seen similar practices at other casinos (not to support such behavior). As an example, I recently played at a popular casino that deducted the estimated transaction fee from the total amount before withdrawal, but since the actual fee was much lower (several dollars), the rest of the amount was refunded to my account balance. Of course, that amount was impossible to withdraw again since it was too small. So I had to gamble it.

The controversy here is that the support staff provides incorrect information, whether intentionally or due to ignorance, and that's unacceptable. What does their T&C say?

The support agent said that “There is no minimum withdrawal or deposit amount.” But their deposit page says, minimum deposit amount is 0.0001 BTC :D. Seems like the support agent don't have proper idea about the site and bitcoin network fees. You have enough proof here. Try to contact them through support mail and ask for the clarification before taking any action.

I believe it will help you in the future. Few other casino also charging higher withdrawal fee and paying regular network fee like Cloudbet. All of them will try to convince you with their logics. I would like address it as fraudulent system.

They haven't said anything directly about the withdrawal fees in their Terms & conditions (https://www.cloudbet.com/en/help/terms) page. But I found something there
“7.1.9. We reserve the right to apply a handling charge of up to 5% on deposits and withdrawals to cover transaction costs.”

I am angry not because the withdrawal fee is too high. I am angry because the support is trying to make a fool of me, pretending that the high fee is connected to the Bitcoin network requirements.
They could say that "we deduct this fee to process the payment", but instead they want people to think that the blockchain is responsible for that.

Yes, that was a scam since the beginning. They lied and intentionally misunderstood simple facts about transactions fees and blockchain network to bite a higher cut from your withdrawal amount. Maybe it's also done in a way to discourage gamblers withdrawing money from the platform frequently. What is totally frowned up anyway. They could have just said this high cost is due to operational costs of the platform or something like this, but never telling you it's due to blockchain exclusively. In the end, they just played the typical scammers and ran away pretending you were the wrong guy there, to avoid giving you any logical explanations.

In fact, the correct woud be if the platform charged even lower fees than the currently blockchain ones, because they have the possibility of sending money to different addresses in a single transaction. So it could be possible to choose one of those fast, medium (normal) or slow transactions options with high and cheap fees, respectively.

A typical way of support to resolve the issue immediately. They always blame something in able to move on and most of the customer actually accept that answer. But 0.0005BTC is a common flat rate for Bitcoin withdrawal on Casino or Exchange because they usually pick the fastest transaction speed on each transaction due to volatility of Bitcoin by the time Bitcoin price was below 20K USD. I really don't understand why they are keeping this flat rate in Bitcoin while the price is already skyrocket. This is the reason why many Gambler are not using Bitcoin when playing in the casino.

That's the point. It's impossible to refrain from such casinos when their customer support lies to customers and their terms and conditions are vague and deliberately misleading.
In all honesty, I understand that all casinos want to maximize profits, but there are right ways and wrong ways to do so. Not to mention that a practice like that would probably be illegal in most jurisdictions. Imagine you're buying a product or service, and the company charges you additional handling fees which aren't specified in the contract.

Generally, most of the controversy surrounding 1xbit is due to alleged selective scamming. Op really did a good job on giving reviews but I think the ratings are too low for some reason. The site is giving reviews about gambling but only focusing on casinos that have slot games. Why not add other gambling sites that does not have slot games. I just saw your website using this thread. I can say that this is one of the best review of casino as you've stated the facts of each site what, the rates are very fair and I really agree to your verdict. The VPN category should just be more clear and precise, as far as I know almost all of these websites allows the use of VPN, not sure, but I use VPN on some of this websites to access providers that aren't available using my loval IP.

Yes, the use and allowance of VPN are quite crazy because some sites allow it but I don't understand why these casinos are restricting users to access the game while openly allowing them to use a VPN which is obviously meant to access the blocked content. I have received a marketing email from the TrustDice CEO, whose name is Daniel.

It looks like Daniel does not disdain using false advertising.

First of all, Daniel promises that TrustDice will never take any withdrawal fees from me. They will only deduct the amount needed to send the payment.

Here is my personal experience. I have requested my withdrawal and paid 0.00001271 BTC for processing.

False marketing or wrong information! Do you think that it was a serious issue? I think they have charged the average transition fee from you and proceed the withdrawal with lower priority fee. Although it doesn't match with their marketing strategy. But isn't it better than other casino who charge a fixed high withdrawal fee and use low tx fee?

Reply from the support depends on their availability. Support remains busy when a casino have too many active players. Don't know how much active user Trustdice have. But deduct a point if it happens always. I have two conversation with Trustdice support. They took 9 minutes and 3 minutes to give a response to my enquiry (Both was 26 weeks ago).

What is important is where did the rest of the money go? If it is returned to the user on his balance, that may not be a big deal (although I doubt the user can do anything with such a dust amount). However, if the difference in amount is deducted from the user, then there is an element of dishonesty going on. It doesn't matter if it's better than the fixed fee that other casinos charge, it's a matter of principle and fair business practice. Of course, it could be just a bug in their system.

Maybe Daniel understand "fee" is something like when they take some money for their own benefit so I do not think it is a false advertising. What I like about his review is it is a comprehensive one unlike other review sites.
But checking his current list, I didn't expect FJ & Roobet at the bottom as per his current list.
I didn't know that FJ is already requiring KYC on your first cashout.

Before making a review of any of those casinos I will have to go through all the open scam accusations against these brands. After analyzing all the cases I will need to decide, whether the casino in question is breaking the T&C and can be considered as a scam or not. If it will appear to be a scam, then I would write a detailed explanation describing my point of view, instead of a review. If those accusations are the result of some miscommunication or another reason, then there is a chance that the casino will be reviewed.

As you understand this approach will require a lot of research and will take a lot of time, so those problematic brands are located at the very end of my to-do list.

Having real experience before making a review is really a good move but if you do base up on countless complaints and issues of those sites

I think, gamblingbro has pretty high standard because the casino with highest rating here has only 3.7 rating. So getting the 3.5, is already like you belong in the top casinos that you can find. Chips.gg now in the first position in your review list by overcoming the rating of Stake.com. Chips received 4 points in promotion part, but Stake received 2 in it. You haven't described much about Stake benefits as you didn't receive anything by playing there. Where you received some CHIP tokens by playing in chips.gg and getting rewards by locking the tokens. You have received nothing else except that. Still they got 4 points out of 5!

BTW, I didn't know Chips.gg have CHIP tokens on their site. I just discovered it through your review and locked my tokens for getting the dividends.

The rakeback was also compensated by the Chips support agent, even though there was a bug and I did not receive it automatically. I think the rakeback right on the start and the dividends deserve two additional points?

Dividends amount is really low unless you have huge amount of CHIP token as locked. The wagering requirement isn't big for gaining the CHIP tokens and it depends on level. The most interesting fact is that we will receive dividends from each coin as long as the house making profit from those coins. Wagering contests or challenges are common thing in every casino. I think 3 points are enough for rakeback and dividends part. However, it's up to you. You are making the reviews based on your real game play experience. My opinions are a side note for you.

I have found an article about poker -crypto on your site and in it I was hoping to see which casinos exist at least regardless of whether they are 100% crypto-poker but you don't mention any.

They asked you to make a review of their casino, then they treated you badly! That's really funny. Personally I don't like the KYC process and slow withdrawal system. Wildtornado has received lower points in those sections. Anyway, almost every casino runs deposit promotion with the same concept. Casino sets the wagering requirements in a profitable way for themselves. I think it is reasonable as they are running a business.

However, the 3× wagering requirements on deposit amount is higher than most other casino. And 1× wager requirement is reasonable in that case. I haven't played there before and I will never play there after watching your review. The list of cons are bigger than the list of pros for this casino. BTW, update the first URL of the review, fix it in your main post too.

The KYC requirement alone will not attract much gamblers from the forum. There are much reputable sites here that don't require KYC. And taking into account OP's experience, hard to trust your funds on this site. They have very slow verification system, slow withdrawals, and very poor support.

Getting honest reviews from players is actually a good thing.
This will be their room for improvement and at least learn where they need to be pro-active.
Because without getting honest feedback, they won't know where they are lagging on some services.

One of the key things for any online service, including a casino, is good customer support. I also feel frustrated when I encounter customer support that lacks knowledge about the service. A few notes:
The withdrawal fees should be correlated with actual network fees. Since we're using Bitgo for some of the cryptos, there can potentially be some discrepancies there, but it should be rare. We also offer x amount of free withdrawals a day for VIPs. - Most of the cryptos have no network fees at all though :)
If we lowered the wagering requirement for the welcome package it would simply be too overpowered. It is already a bit too extreme compared to what you're able to get anywhere else, but we hope it attracts a lot of new users.

So far so good you're doing great compared to other gambling review sites that just rely on their earnings from referring people, since you're risking your own money you will check every detail about the site you're reviewing especially the withdrawal functions and its fairness, there are still a lot of casinos to be review especially the new ones.

Personally, I think it takes a little more time to build an clear opinion, but I agree that these reviews are really good. I just thought about this... Don't you want to change that "Welcome Bonuses" to just "Bonuses/Rakeback"? I guess that's better way of reviewing the casino. Also, I noticed some. Casino you rated 0 on promotions like that on Roobet, AFAIK they have lots of promotions running.

I think that when it comes to rating the bonuses, it's not about their quantity or amount, but mostly about the probability of their withdrawal. On the website, under "What bonuses do I usually take?" describes how the bonuses are rated. It's mostly about wagering, so it looks like Roobet doesn't have that attractive.

If you read his review regarding welcome bonus & promotions, you will understand why he rated roobet in such low rating.
The good thing about his review is he is indeed using his own money to test the site and check the features.
But didn't expect that roobet will have relatively low rating as compared to others.
But anyway, it is up to the player's priorities how he look at casinos and how important those features are to him.

Of course everyone should research each casino individually. I am aware that we cannot fully rely on such a review. They are helpful due to the fact that there are a lot of casinos on the market and thanks to such a list we can find the ones we like faster. As for the Roobet, everything is very fine and the case of bonuses, as I wrote, is an individual matter.

Reviews could neither be biased or not really something right thats why nothing really beats out when you do really have real experience on playing in a site.

Some are really worth to read and something which you do know that theres something wrong on that.

I have started to test TrueFlip casino and sent out a ticket with my questions to the support team two days ago. TrueFlip does not offer any live chat support, that's why I had to send a ticket.

I can't remember when Stake introduced their mirror sites, they're right to not allow VPN usage because it's doesn't make sense if they have mirrors but they still allow VPN. Personally, the slow withdrawals wouldn't be too big of an obstacle for me. Especially because they are free. Most crypto casinos charge their players withdrawal fees. But that's not the case here.

I agree that information about a slot's RTP should be visible on the casino, but are the rates verifiable by players? If the casino says their slot has an RTP rate of 97%, but it's actually 92%, can you verify this for yourself? If not, they can claim whatever they want to.

The problem with VPNs is that you might be asked to undergo KYC because the casino wants to know who you are and where you are from. You might be suspected of multi-accounting if many people use the same free VPN. Can you provide us on what basis they are ranked or the site used any algorithm script? Whatever it is, I have some concerns about the method you used to determine the rankings as apparently most would not agree to them. For example, I have two favorites here: Fairspin and Betplay Meanwhile Rollbit was not good for me. The withdrawal took too long.

I agree with you here. They took a long time to complete the so called investigation. Meanwhile, ltccasino team was accusing the user as a cheater, then they blamed the slot provider. But they hadn't provided any single evidence there. I believe ltccasino has started paying the user to regain their reputation. Perhaps, they decided to pay the user by getting pressure from bitcointalk forum members and gambling community. The scam tag should be there as a warning.

I think that is completely justified. As a whole, the SCAM problem needs to be addressed by all casino operators as soon as possible. They can rectify such statement, and maybe, state that KYC is mandatory with deposits/withdrawals of this xxx amount, depending on their limits.
