To my knowledge, there are several problems when you try to visit this site : https://docs.pancakeswap.finance/help/troubleshooting.

I hope you find a solution to the problem here.

It's most likely due to low slippage fee. What was the token you intended to buy? It would help us if you could identify it. There are some tokens with burn feature for every purchase or whatever so they ask for higher slippage. You can directly ask the project support team on their official channels.

Low liquidity is the reason why you are getting this error and Pancakeswap already provided guides with step by step tutorials to resolve the issues.

INSUFFICIENT_OUTPUT_AMOUNT (https://docs.pancakeswap.finance/help/troubleshooting)

I encounter this error also when I'm participating in a newly listed coin in pancakeswap to fix this error I recommend you to make the slippage 11% or 12% this  will fix this error

I have been experience same issue as a first time client of PancakeSwap. Need to change slippage. Not that serious unless you are just newbies. Increase your slippage, depending on what it is I’d guess set slippage between 11~12 % would great.

Cheers.
