What was the token you intended to buy? It would help us if you could identify it. There are some tokens with burn feature for every purchase or whatever so they ask for higher slippage. You can directly ask the project support team on their official channels.

Not that serious unless you are just newbies. Increase your slippage, depending on what it is I’d guess set slippage between 11~12 % would great.
