Title: Mycoinchain.com- Stay away!
Post by: phinzphan on May 05, 2021, 03:53:58 PM
I googled crypto exchanges without KYC and  the very first result is an article on Medium with  a top 5 list and mycoinchain getting #1,  I thought cool let's give it a shot. I deposited a small amount of BTC looking to exchange it to DOGE..  110 confirmations later it's not in my account and they won't answer my e-mail. I did a little more digging and realized   David Mathews the author has written SEVERAL articles on Medium going on about how good mycoinchain is but next to no information elsewhere besides fake reviews.

Bottom line I feel like an idiot. Stayaway from mycoinchain

First I have to say you should follow the scam reports format :).

It was really a stupid mistake you made. I am very curious to know why you did not use some exchange who has an option for the non kyc user (Limited withdraw)? Or other some exchange has a room for the non kyc user.

You should use them if you want to exchange little amount. (Thb 1 BTC daily is enough without kyc imo)

Sorry for the  unformatted post.. I saw a few other ones  without much  format to it so I dove right in.

as far as no KYC.. I'm disabled living with my folks with no utilities in my name which makes makes KYC virtually impossible. The  crypto I have is  very small amounts won in various contests, dice faucets and  such. I never purchase crypto, and  it's difficult to move around the small amounts  that I do have.

If you need a decentralized exchange, you can try bsiq (https://bisq.network/), if you need no kyc exchange, that are centralized, that will be hard because kyc can demanded from you at anytime, also the government in the country such centralized exchanges are located can force the exchanges to make kyc mandatory on their users.

Before making use of any exchange, try to check if the exchange are existing on Coinmarketcap or Coingecko, there you will see lists of legit exchanges, but also still be very careful of exchanges listed on the platforms by making further researches.
