I found a Pikachu with that overprint in the last week while sorting through a stack of cards my father has passed onto me.
1999 Dragonite WOTC Black Star Promo - $40 each of 4 available Grade chance - 9 or 10 due to zero whitening and good centering etc *edit* are all four the same? The same is for your pikachu as well that cant be purchased since these are given for people who went to the movie and provided by watching the movie. Kudos to your father!
