You can NFT almost anything you want. I just don't see the point of it. Why not just sell the house and move to a smaller property if you can't afford to repay the mortgage?

You can NFT your ownership of Art, House, apartment anything you need to authenticated it. For example. You can Nft your house and then selling your Nft. But it does not make the house is yours before you pay back your loan to the bank.

Its a complicated thing and not easy to do, if you really need the money i suggest to sell the house and buy a smaller one, its better for your heart than take another loan.
