It attempted to raise $7.5M, and used the CNODE Security Token to represent the equity of 20 investors: https://etherscan.io/token/0x70c063b8a57c1208f0c84ffebffeb0c0b22b6715#balances (https://etherscan.io/token/0x70c063b8a57c1208f0c84ffebffeb0c0b22b6715#balances) It was supposed to launch a public offering in Q2 2021, but now its domain name (http://htps://cryptonode.me) has expired and a squatter is sitting on it. whois shows that the current holder of cryptonode.me registered it on 2021-03-18 This a Labuan company that Blockchain Labs has promoted as "regulated" and hence safe to invest in.
