Title: Bilaxy.com SCAM
Post by: KamazArbuzov on May 11, 2021, 06:48:09 AM
What happened::

Bilaxy withdrawal is stuck in "pending" state forever. Zero reaction for tickets and chat, after all they've banned me in Telegram.

Reference Link:

https://bilaxy.com/ (https://bilaxy.com/) (UID: 1467819)

Amount Scammed:

3002 USDT

Payment Method:

USDT (TRC20)

Proof of Payment:

https://ibb.co/hd9Pstb

PM/Chat Logs:

https://ibb.co/7Qn9Bf2

After that they've banned me.

Additional Notes:

I just want that someone from theirs team clarify the situation around my account!

Surprisingly, the sequential withdrawal for smaller amount did work. How come is that possible, what's going on???

It looks like they have a withdrawal limit for certain accounts which you may not be aware of. Are you a KYCed user?

Unfortunately there is no Bilaxy representative who can provide you with any clarification on this forum. But I'm pretty sure based on these reviews (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5171538.0), that the bilaxy is quite shady.
If it is possible to cancel a withdrawal, I suggest canceling it and making small withdrawals as you did before. There is no other way to save your money.

Hey, thanks for the advice. Unfortunately, there's no way to cancel the withdrawal from your account. Yes, I'm a KYC1 user.

It's possible on their end as long as the transaction isn't broadcasted yet. I went thru their telegram just in case they aren't willing to do so, and they have offered it lots of times, one example is

It seems faster to get a reply on telegram and you got banned for the wrong reasons, I'd get another account in order to ask there. You deserve the right to frequently ask for an update cause it's your money, banning you for that is downright bad service and shady.

Bilaxy service and support is such stupid and my previous experience with them is bad, I had a doubt that they manipulate coin prices.
Well, you should wait and keep in touch with a telegtam mod about your case. They already said that your account is in investigation and you would rather wait for an answer.

Probably based on the normaan0 attached photo. Actually I didn't know that they had KYC already, cause before I used this exchange and was able to withdraw my funds without any hassle.

Maybe because it was a small amount like what you said. But your case 3k isn't small so that's why. But that's negative on their side if they banned you or doesn't react to support your inquiry at all. Smells like it's gonna be scam soon.

Thanks guys. Yeah, I've tried to write them directly (https://ibb.co/fxr3bRF) multiple times. Basically, what happens is they just ask for your e-mail and nothing happens afterwards. When you start to attract their attention in the chat they just ban you.

By the way, this is my second issue with them. Previously I had a similar issue with ETH withdrawal, but after some discussions they released it.

How long has your issue been on going?

I know it's very frustrating, but you have to be a little patient. Give them some little benefit of doubt  ;)
Investigations may take sometime and sending them multiple emails may not help speed up the process. If they take too long, we shall confirm them as scammers.

I have used the exchange about twice when I want to sell some shitcoin I have in my wallet and I don't experience what you said but from the chat log you provided seems like there's something you're not telling us. Why were you ask to accept their investigation process and wait?

I wish I told you everything, but they don't say anything. So I'm in a situation when I don't know what has happened to my account and what's going on.

Correct me if I wrong, but they could've at least provide some details what's happened or which ToS I've violated.

Also, as I said, the subsequent withdrawals did work for a different coin for a lower amount which adds a degree of uncertainty. Also 2, I've told them that I'm happy to cancel the withdrawal.

I've been longing for the withdrawal since the beginning of May.

I couldnt understand if they banned your Bilaxy account. Can you still logon and withdraw those small amounts? If they banned you from Bilaxy this is a clear scam. Even banning you from telegram is very suspicious. Even if you done something they cant keep your money. Try to look out who owns the exchange and if it is public information post it here. Make them aware of this thread.

Thanks, to be honest I'm tired writing them in Telegram. Seems, that they're doing withdrawals manually and can freeze you based on their own discretion.

The account is not locked, and I can keep trading. However the situation is worse now as they've put the same "pending" state on my new withdrawal (less amount, different coin), see here: https://ibb.co/xDfRyBQ

This is seen as a bad situation. They do not want to complete your withdrawal which they are going to be late. They want to keep your funds for as long as they like. I don't know why you use such exchanges, bad news is constantly coming out about such exchanges. And there is currently no support member of this exchange on Bitcoinalk, so there is less chance of getting a quick solution here.

Thanks for the response. I do understand that using such exchanges is a risk, but there was a reason to use this exchange in the past.

Yesterday they wrote me this:

Hi, your operation triggered our system risk control alarm, now it is under manual checking, will withdraw for you soon after checked if no problem. Pls wait patiently. Thanks for your support.

Once they verified and checked your withdrawal, i would suggest you to move your funds on that exchange to other exchange or cold wallet. Doesn't make any sense for an exchange site system could triggered just because $3,000 withdrawal. Lot of sites even allow their user withdraw multiple times bigger than that without manual checking or instant withdraw

It's been 3 weeks that the withdrawal hasn't been approved yet? and I am sure they froze your funds for a long time, I don't even think how much I can wait manually if this withdrawal can be verified, maybe this is just their reason for saying so and there is no other way unless you continue to urge it to be verified immediately.

What I'm afraid of is when other big withdrawals also experience the same thing, namely manually and waiting until an undetermined time, but I am here you hope to get your funds safely.

I don't think that you will get those money because they probably pocketed those bitcoins knowing that it is worth a lot of money. Hopefully, there will still be a chance that you are going to get your money.

What bitcoin? OP is having problem with his USDT not bitcoin. Or where are you reffering actually? It's 3002 USDT locked on Bilaxy.

I had some shitcoin(not so much now as it is worth something) PKOIN which got listed recently on their platform, it wasn't traded at volume anywhere but there. It was still easy to get them during the pocketnet.app beta now its much more difficult.

Holy shit man, $220,000 is incredible huge money on there. From coinmarketcap i've only seen there is only bilaxy which traded this coin. Don't lose your hope man, maybe therr is another way to get your money back as i've seen the volume trade on bilaxy on PKOIN is considered huge.

Their volume over the last 24 hours is $584.55M." according to google lol

now it is in the $627,103,033 volume in 24 hours and occupies position 96 in coinmarketcap, incredible that they have this volume per day, I wonder if this value is real or fake? I used this exchange and after seeing this I will no longer use this exchange, and I'm glad I didn't do KYC on that exchange

Holy shit man, $220,000 is incredible huge money on there.

OP should not have left a large amount of money in a shady exchange
