No there isn't, pirate chain is a privacy coin that works on a new blockchain of its own just like few other privacy coins out there, for the privacy features to work correctly is why the team don't run on ETH chain or other like that, for now only mobile wallet or paper wallet are available apart from Windows software

Is this windows software wallet safe and anonymous. So ti would be an online wallet, but from what I have heard online software wallets CAN be more secure than simple online wallets since the program acts as a shield against almost all hacks. What is the name of this software? What is the name of the mobile wallet? Thanks.

If you are worrying risks from altcoin wallets, you can use one device for altcoin wallets. On that device, don't store your bitcoin, bitcoin wallet backup or any personal details (identity documents, bank accounts, etc). Don't use that device to log in and trade with your crypto exchange account.

If there's none you can easily use a paper wallet or a software wallet on a closed computer environment, such as a live OS on a USB. Linux is quite popular for this purpose, and you don't have to spend a lot of money either.

It's a good choice for storing and managing your cryptocurrency, as long as you don't connect it to malicious computer and other devices.
