We have worked together on a couple of my projects and always I have got the best output from him. As far as I know, he could work to design announcements and other related stuff for the forum and he could make a few designs related to the website. So try to contact him. You can reach him in forum PM, but if you need a quick response then you may contact him via telegram @TheFlippedTurtle.  But make sure to make any financial deal via forum PM.
