Thank you. have you checked it on BSCscan and is your fund still available in your wallet? As far as i know, any keys contain lots of new addresses. Are you using BSC or ethereum chain? If you are using ethereum and you may access it with another wallet just like mycrypto. This is always happening with phrase keys on metamask. You can try to open it with your metamask wallet. Post by: Gozie51 on May 12, 2021, 05:50:29 PM I think if you are able to open your wallet with your phrase and password to recover it, it means you still have access to the wallet and your coins should be found there but except you have already compromised your phrase maybe unknowingly and someone had access to it, then that is the issue if the person has moved your coins.

That can be a problem on the update and check it out if there's a need for an update and maybe you haven't done it yet. Title: Re: A question about the Trust Wallet. Thank you. Or make sure that your wallet is synced fully if not check your internet connection and the version of the wallet. Post by: BayAngelo on May 13, 2021, 08:18:12 AM it is simple. make sure you have the correct phase ID. you are definitely putting in the wrong keys. these keys are sensitive so make sure you are using the correct one. you should be careful to avoid misplacing your details which could lead to lost of your tokens. also contact the trust wallet admins for guidance. they will assist you to recover your account. be careful of scammers.
