Well, twitter should be a good source if news. Also some youtubers. But you gotta pick from the bunch, as 90% are crappy shillers.
Try following @adamhodl on twitter and see how you like his pepe persona

Beside that on coinmarketcap and coingecko also you can find the lost of idos and icos. Also topicolist is good. I didn't look for some time on that but I was good a year ago.

I think that https://twitter.com/top7ico has some very nice information about upcoming projects and important events that are happening in the next few days and weeks. This is only one source of information as there are dozens of persons on twitter and youtube that are covering cryto topics every day. As others already said be very careful with the information you get from those influencers because they usually shill the coins that they own themself and could buy before everyone else. So they hype a project up for their followers and once the coin gets listed they will dump their cheap private sole tokens onto their followers.

Topic - how do i find the new all upcoming ico/ido/ieo/defi/farming projects ?

details - help if you knew any site , bot , channel , twitter user , discord , stemmit , etc .
as i mentioned in topic and details if anyone have data  please help to get update with them . (dont  recommend basic sites - cmc , ico , well know in people eyes . please consider the new hidden gems )
https://foundico.com/
https://icoholder.com/
Use these sites and similar ones.
You tell me not to recommend base sites for you, but all bots take information from them.
Follow the major crypto funds and see where they are investing. You will not have enough time to study all projects

Recently someone ask a similar question in one of the telegram group I follow and one member shared some list of site to keep track of latest and upcoming ico, ieo, ido and what have you,
Among is Ico Drops (https://icodrops.com/) a free site to find what you need,
Another is CoinsList (https://coinlist.co/) although this requires kyc before you can access the site but I heard it is worth it, I haven't use it till now maybe I will soon.

There are a lot of ways of making research about the topic which is so interesting for you, you can use Google, Youtube, and also some groups on Twitter. On the other hand, Coingecko can be also the best variant for you, l think if you use one of them, you can find the answer to your questions. However l advise to join groups on Twitter, that is why the information is always updated in these groups so quickly. It is more important to use the right source, that is why there can be also some wrong information, you always need to make hard research to be aware.

I would also say Twitter or here because if you use the websites that claim to be up to date in most cases they are not. I couldn't find a single website until today that was fully updated and had all projects on their list. Many of them also launch campaigns so also watch out for the advertising banners of forum members here.

Well, I think the best place to get to find out about the new coins or projects in the space is here on bitcointalk, though to be sincere, some projects no longer make announcements here, which is why the next place to find out about new projects is telegram, then followed by Twitter , but I think one can still find out about new good projects on polkadot/polkastart platform and some other reputable IDO hosting platforms, launchpads also are a good resource for new and promising projects, binance launchpad is an example of this.
So there are really many ways and platforms to discover new projects before they become or go fully public, all that matters is that do you really have enough funds to invest in all of this projects? That's the important question if you ask me.

You must join the telegram channel of 7 top icos and i think that if you are looking for the ico list site, icodrop will become the best source to get the legit upcoming ICO/IDO/IEO or something else.
Thousands of people actively using the icodrop caused by this site has a very good accuracy to pick what project that will be a legit project.
I have been following icodrop and top 7 icos since a few years ago and both have proven its reliability

Yeah, Twitter is good BUT you should consider who is your following people,  so if your following on Twitter is not interested in such upcoming cryptos, it is limited what you can see.

Since we are already here in Bitcointalk, I can suggest is another section in Altcoin which is  Announcements (Altcoins)  (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=159.0).
Some of the altcoins announcements are also starting here.

there's a list in there. listed in the upcoming project is almost 500. that's a lot of choices.

IDO is the new thing because of the DEFI, i tried one a few months ago but i didn't profit from it and the team isn't doing anything which the price dumped from $2 to $0.44 already. its not good. this isn't the kind of ICO days when a project is listed in the market that its price could go up. upcoming projects are riskier than just investing in a project that is already in the market.

it could only be good if you find someone who is popular in crypto and supports the project like that SOVRYN project which skyrocket to $80.

This forum is a complete venue for everything about upcoming ico/ido/ieo/defi/farming projects check the bounty section and you can find one that you are looking for, there are groups here that promote upcoming ico/ido/ieo/defi/farming projects and they usually have an announcement thread about their group check the service announcement section.

When I was searching for good projects now I feel that not all of the good projects you later find due to a coincidence are also on Bitcointalk. Is it possible that they don't all value a presence on Bitcointalk as much as as it used to be? Or is Bitcointalk still the most important address for every project?

Of course, you will understand it when you check all of this ICO, IEO directories/list has an option to input the project's bitcointalk ann thread. Seems like it's part the project's requirements to have presence on this very forum.

This. I have seen enough of people getting controlled by a lot of Twitter celebrities.
Surely some of them just hypes a coin.
I don't follow anyone in Twitter, except maybe for crypto news but that are just general information.

I will advice against it, I get that you may want to make a lot of money and that is one of the biggest attractions of those coins, but you are too inexperienced, if you invest in those coins now the chances that you lose all your money are going to be incredibly close to 100%, for now just stick to the basics and invest in the best well known coins in the market, and then after a few years have passed and you have accumulated enough profits and knowledge then you can try your luck with those coins.

There was a time when it seemed that the relevance of this forum for newly launched projects died down a bit, but ultimately yes it seems to still be the most relevant place. There have been a couple of other forums, but I was too lazy to sign up for any of them.
The websites that aggregate new projects and give an overview are nice to have, but I am not sure if they are always up to date or even miss a good bunch of projects entirely.
