Title: Is BitMarket.eu Support Responding? Post by: EuSouBitcoin on November 30, 2011, 09:20:38 PM I've got some BTC frozen from trades I made on November 15th. I have not received a response from the buyer, which happens often at BitMarket. I have contacted BitMarket support to cancel the trades and unfreeze my BTC but I haven't heard anything. It's been about a week. Anybody else having trouble getting a response from them or can shed some light on the situation at BitMarket.eu?
