They are looking for small cap coins and hidden germs.
I am not sure the listing procedure on MXC is easy and quick or difficult and slow but many small cap tokens were listed on it first. After few weeks, they went to Binance. It is perfect to know old developers have no coins in total supply and they are no longer releate to the developments of Private Pay. This fact and absence of any activity from members of PrivatePay team means that project can be already dead.
