Just You Don't have motivation.
You need to Get motivated your brain Can make hundred times better decisions and calculations If You are motivated enough

And best motivation is Money! 
That's Why best is to make few big trades rather small trades. 

Your brain function better If you are motivated...  Like You Don't Know but our brain calculate Everything... Mostly If we need to do Something our brain calculates the return If the profit is not that big our brain is More lazy.

This is the biggest reason why People who Get low wage at Job are not doing their Job properly or it takes longer time to learn the job.

Now that you mention it, it does feel like it back on my lowest times I have zero motivation and all the things that I do feels so hard and boring,
Even the things that I used to enjoy or excite me is boring back then.
I guess we do need motivation to be more productive and I found something now that would keep me motivated (My Family's future).

Yeah, best motivation is money, thats true. I have so terrible step to took even non-collateral loan. About $12 Milj USD, even its easy its terrible burden to me. In Finland you get everything what you need on money.

My motivation this time to continue working hard is my small family, they have to be fine with the days ahead. Without my two children, I might not be motivated at all.

Well I certainly don't fail at everything. Also, if you succeed at everything, then you aren't trying hard enough. You should believe in yourself, and set your sights higher.

Elon has the other thought about motivation, he said that don't do it if you need some inspiring words/motivation.

If you're just motivated to do things about money and there's no happiness that you're doing besides it, you're going to get tired quickly with what you do and soon, you'll just leave it and turn into the same situation as you are when you've got not motivation.

But in these difficult times, it's all about survival and you're motivated not only with money but with many things.

Yea, $12 Million USD is terrible burden on everyone. That`s why i aim 0% loan. Big bitcoin data center! =)

I agree with you, motivation is everything. We need to have a goal in life and work towards it. Without such kind of motivation we will just remain the same. And life is all about evolving and moving on, standing still is like going backwards in todays world. I heard that the best way to motivate ourselves is to visualise our dreams. If we have a fixed image of our goals in our head, than it is much easier to work towards it. It all comes down to using our brain for positive things.

Failing in everything ? that person don't deserve to live because he has nothing to contribute in the world.

We need motivated to reach our goals but many of us fail to motivate ourselves because they see what they did can not give them what they want.

It is not a problem if we get a low wage at the job. After all, someday, we will get a big reward for what we did or what we get because we do not know whether we can not change our lives in the future.

We need to keep trying what we believe and still motivate ourselves to give the best that we can.

I'll give you the hint for the greatest success you could become with crypto. Become a Loan aRanger... in the right way, of course. You'll even have an excuse to wear a mask after they fully release us from Covid restrictions. ;D

That i know, life is not easy and money value is much more if you get 1e/h+15e (You not get nothing on that!) (God thank! short day)

Collateral never be a solution because you must pay 50%, non-collateral 5,6%-6,2%.

I'll say it one more time. Legal lending institutions - banks, saving's and loans, car companies that are set up with the Fed to lend - never loan any money.

EDIT: Maybe they really do loan under some circumstances. But not when they "lend" money to average people in the public who walk into their bank for a loan.

I might say for the first time i will come to agree with OP (Yeah first time because all of his thread are annoying lol)

Money is our motivational tools, Like in Work we will act and do everything good and best if we are receiving great payment but will do opposite once given lower as expected.

so yeah it is money that motivates us all(Aside from Feeling of love sometimes)

God i hate covid, Same about Sars epidemics, satan bird epidemics and satan pig epidemics.

Even non collateral loan is terrible to pay if you not make "huge profit" on bitcoin mining and you have big "Real estate" -Place. If they pay 1 euro/hour i im FORCED to think something else, like bitcoin mining. -Only place what is open on our City, corona pandemic season.

I believe passion is the main factor that motivates most people in life. When you are so passionate about something, you will think about it all the time. You will be willing to wake up early and sacrifice your sleep for it. This is why passion is important because it can drive you each day to achieve what you want in life.

Without motivation, we will not be enthusiastic about doing something, humans need encouragement to be strong in achieving something.
Rich people always have a very strong motivation within themselves, therefore if a rich person usually fails, he can always get up again.
Unlike people who fail at everything and end up being poor, their mindset must be corrected and there is no motivation in themselves.
So as long as we have the motivation, it should be successful just a matter of time.

Awww... So sorry to hear about it, dude. If there is another option with a much higher salary/incentives, go grab it.

He is still in the internship stage so high likely that his wage will increase once he is out of internship. But definitely, would be great if you can find another internship job with higher pay.

And yes, I do agree that passion is one of the main factors that people motivate to do things on his own. I don't think money is the ultimate factor, maybe a part of it. But the passion factor will last you lifetime.
