Unfortunately, there's nothing you can do to recover your money. Bitcoin transactions are irreversible and the person who scammed you is now the only person in the world who has access to the fund. The only thing you can do now is learn from what happened and never trust such giveaways. I didn't even open the link you shared. But I guess it's a "send X and receive 2X" giveaway. Whoever asks you to deposit bitcoin to get a reward is a scammer. So, a website says that if you send money, you'll get the double in return. How could this not look suspicious to you? Why one couldn't simply empty the whole “faucet” of free money by re-sending what he got in return? How couldn't you make your research that Vitalik did, indeed, say that he'll do such “giveaway”.Don't leave greed poison you. Use your common sense.
