You will certainly be asked to make a very detailed KYC, but that is the only way to get possession of your funds. It has so many scam accusations from the past and present. We do have so many noncustodial multicurrency wallets that support doge too like trustwallet, exodus, coinomi. They won't lock up your funds and ask for KYC to unblock them.

If you post a transaction ID, screenshots or anything else, that just may spur Freewallet into action as it has before.
