In fact, there is no service, the user in the telegram takes money and disappears. The prices announced in the topic do not correspond to reality. Be careful. Don't trust this user.
the worst thing is that telegram username can be changed, so it's hard to identify the scammer's account. I don't understand why Telegram is so popular when people want to make transactions, but it's clearly a good tool to use for scams. With the above information, I think the flag type 1 is also reasonable to be able to give a better warning. Fortunately, the amount you lose is only a small amount  :-*

Why is it needed? and how is it better to warn? the flag of the first type is visible to newcomers and forum guests and warns that there is a risk of losing money. And my flag is of the second type, it already hangs out a red warning and is visible to everyone. So what is better than a level 1 flag then?
Probably a display error from my phone side, I'm accessing the forum with my phone, instead of computer, I didn't see the red warning when accessing the scammer's profile , that's why I suggested another flag, I mean I'm aiming for the red flag, lol  :D
Whatever nickname this scammer changes in the telegram, then he will change it too. The chain starts with the forum account, and if you see that the account has a bad reputation, it doesn't matter what the scammer has in the telegram, old or new.
But the evidence to accuse will come from telegram, as soon as the scam is done, the scammer will delete everything, so if you don't take a picture of everything from before, there will be nothing left to prove. In short, there is nothing to argue here, I get what you mean, and you know what I mean too  :D telegram should only be used for communication, not for trade

Hi and I'm sorry to hear you were scammed.

Can you post a link to the video that you wanted boosted?  And, do you have screen shots of the video's page both before and sometime after showing the video hasn't been boosted?

I also see the accused has started a (self moderated  ::) ) thread about you:

Ratimov coшeл c yмa? Для чeгo oн нyжeн нa фopyмe? Кyk (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5340196.0)

it's a russian topic and it's hard for me to know exactly what they're discussing there, but through google translate, somewhere it's implied that Ratimov is a corrupt  :-\ all the flag supporters are also brought into the conversation, in general, they have a bad view of the people here  :D I guess they don't see convincing evidence from you, that's why some people still believe him

the issue of self moderated topic, it's unfair on the subject of sales and services, don't you think?

That's usually the case where a scammer will create a thread and scream and wail and wallow in self pitty instead of coming to the thread that concerns their scamming and either admitting their crime, or denying in the face of overwhelming evidence.

The same thing happened to me and there are gullible DT Trolls on DT1/2 who would rather believe a scammer crying like a baby rather than examine truth and evidence.

The fact the scammer created a thread instead of coming here in itself gives the impression of an admission of guilt.
