Title: Exchanges that support Matic Network Withdrawal Post by: GreatArkansas on May 27, 2021, 08:59:00 AM Recently, I am using AscendEX Exchange for converting some assets from other chains especially TRON/Ethereum/Solana ecosystem, like USDC/USDT. I deposit stable coins to this exchange from other exchanges and withdrawing them to Matic Network.
So, any other exchanges that can be used as an alternative for AscendEX Exchange that supporting Matic Network? Currently, they charge 3USD withdrawal fee for withdrawing USDC to Matic Network: https://i.imgur.com/ifD4wwy.png Title: Re: Exchanges that support Matic Network Withdrawal Post by: JeromeTash on May 27, 2021, 10:38:51 PM Looks like Bitmax/AscendEX might be the only exchange supporting Polygon network as of now.
Have you tried to perform deposits and withdrawals using Matic's POS Bridge (https://wallet.matic.network). Seems pretty straight forward to me if you want to swap let say USDC (ERC20) to USDC on polygon network Guide - https://blog.matic.network/deposits-and-withdrawals-on-pos-bridge/ Title: Re: Exchanges that support Matic Network Withdrawal Post by: GreatArkansas on May 28, 2021, 01:03:39 AM (.....) I already saw this, but haven't tried yet because of the transaction fee within the Ethereum network.Have you tried to perform deposits and withdrawals using Matic's POS Bridge (https://wallet.matic.network). Seems pretty straight forward to me if you want to swap let say USDC (ERC20) to USDC on polygon network As I check the gas fee now on https://etherscan.io/gastracker, it seems the gas fee on Ethereum lowers down these days. But I want to ask if you already tried using Matic's POS Bridge, you can use the Low transaction? For example, is the 23 gwei on the screenshot? https://i.imgur.com/LfVKWuE.png Title: Re: Exchanges that support Matic Network Withdrawal Post by: JeromeTash on May 30, 2021, 08:38:46 PM But I want to ask if you already tried using Matic's POS Bridge, you can use the Low transaction? Not sure what happens when one use metamask (Metamask allows fee adjustment right before approving the transaction). But I have used walletconnect before. For example, is the 23 gwei on the screenshot? I did try checking out via wallet connect today and was shocked to find out that despite ETH fees being low (20 gwei ~$1) the estimate for the deposit ~$5.4 via the bridge :o https://talkimg.com/images/2023/05/14/blobfce59b420af9417b.png Edit: Metamask can let you edit the transaction fees to the lowest, but the problem is that the bridge uses a very high gas limit for Eth transactions - 94,491. As far as I know the normal gas limit for ETH (not ERC20 tokens) is 21,000 So fees could be even higher for ERC20 tokens. |
