So I hope to pay more attention to the URL because I will never be bored to continue talking about it. If you are a little careless then you can get stuck in this dangerous wallet except with the real one. Official site: https://wasabiwallet.io/ Title: Re: [SCAM ALERT] Wasabi Wallet - Phishing sites Post by: shasan on May 30, 2021, 01:37:55 PM I have checked their wallet and their links of 4 types of wallet. But I am sorry, I could not find out any virus/malicious file on the website or any of their wallet. There is something missing or they have changed information.

How did you check their wallet since there is no wallet to check. The website's content apparently changed since and it's now an ugly website using Shopify and selling comics items or something like that. There is nothing related to Bitcoin. Re-reading the original post, even on the archived link posted by @OP (here (https://archive.is/tRRek)), I see no Wasabi wallet anywhere. @OP? https://i.postimg.cc/Y9Y3RjJP/hh.jpg that link same as OP posted, just a picture which not related to the wallet. A long time ago Reddit user was posted about phishing wasabi wallet (http://wasabibitcoinwallet(dot)org), that link already died because was reported. so, if you feel that the link going refers to a scam, better to report it to https://safebrowsing.google.com/safebrowsing/report_phish/?hl=en. It seems that phishing sites have changed rapidly so you or others don't see this phishing site working, to be honest I see this site is almost similar to the original wasabi wallet so I posted it here. However, what I archived at http://archive.is/ was different from what I saw. So I just made sure that my wallet was downloaded from a phishing site and I checked the total virus results in the first image. Then I downloaded the wasabi wallet again from the official site https://wasabiwallet.io/ and I checked again for the total virus but the results were green, meaning this is a wallet problem that I downloaded from the site https://wassabiewallet.net/ so I included it the picture above. But sorry I can't archive the software that I downloaded, I immediately deleted it from my PC. Note: I found this phishing site when I searched on google and found this phishing site. Title: Re: [SCAM ALERT] Wasabi Wallet - Phishing sites Post by: shasan on June 05, 2021, 06:40:31 PM but how can OP download it even I don't find the download link on the phishing site? I think there was such a download link at the time of posting which now has been changed or which now has been removed by the admin of the site. Better avoid such a site which make us confused and where there is a chance to be scam or malware attack. |
