Where is the future of BTC? Will it replace gold?

However,  btc and gold are not the same, btc may be more expensive and has a higher price than gold, more people may shift from gold to btc for quick gains,  but gold will always remain gold and can never be replaced.

I think there is still a big difference between Bitcoin and gold. Like diamonds, gold is actually useless (of course not at all) but rare items (of course, the actual price difference between the two is quite large). Although Bitcoin seems to be able to prevent inflation because of its fixed quantity, Bitcoin seems to be unable to do many functions, so it is really early to say that Bitcoin can replace gold. But things always evolve. Who knows what will happen in the future?

For most people, it is impossible to use gold in ordinary life. But maybe ten years later, you can use Bitcoin in many areas. Every currency revolution in history is due to the better performance of the substitute. The reason why gold replaced seashells was due to its scarcity. Paper money replaces gold because it is easy to carry. Now, credit cards, bank cards and PayPal have replaced paper money as payment methods in daily life due to their convenient calculation and use. Bitcoin has the advantages of scarcity, convenience, and calculation, and it can be applied to a wide range of cross-regional transfers at the same time.
