I have one tip regarding the design. Try to change the white background color. It's hard to look at. A dark mode would be a decent option.

At the top of their dice page, you see those 3 white fields: Payout, Lower, and Chance. All the way to the right in the 'Lower' field, you have those two arrows pointing in the opposite directions. Site design is way too generic imho.You should at least put up some effort when it comes to design because too much simplicity isnt really appealing at all.

When it comes to UI smoothness then its a bit laggy or its just me. There is some having some lag in terms of loading up games when you switch up between tabs.

If you do like on getting some awareness or exposure then you should consider on launching up a campaign or promotion on here.

Some suggestions/question came up :

The registration was fast and simple, and claiming the promocode was also easy. What I don't like is that one has to close the navigation on the left side manually. Moreover, in the discord channel announcement OP said that they have renamed their casino to Lunarwin.com for marketing purpose. So, they have come to this forum after changing their casino name. But ‘OP’ isn't active here. It is not the perfect way to promote a casino in this forum.

Worried! I think it would be helpful for the community if you create a scam accusations against them. 5 days and no reply from their support, it's not a sign of trusted casino. Have you checked their discord channel? Maybe admin is active there. His last message was on 4th June at their discord channel. Users are also complaining about their service at discord.

The announcement thread has been started just a week earlier. Even before that getting into such withdrawal trouble is really bad for a new gambling site. Anyhow your complaint at the early days keep other community members away from using the site.

            - Discord is integrated into "Casino Script" and default staff/admin name is "Tango"
            - Both sites (bitsarcade.com and lunarwin.com) have a same person for staff - tangot#8201.

Further investigetion lead me to this account claiming to be related to bitsarcade.com -

I made a withdrawal 3 days ago - but it is still pending. I asked a question a day ago on a site and on discord - but still not any answer. I am sorry to say that most likely it will happen to majority, so my advice is to avoid those two sites. It seems that the owner/OP is gone already and doesn't want to get involved anymore to any questions and query regarding to the situation about their casino. And if the post above me is true then it's most likely the owner the OP and that site is guilty and wouldn't want to get involved anymore.

In the meantime, we just have to wait for I guess a day or two or week before we proceed to conclude that the OP and owner of that gambling site is gone for good. However, if he showed up, he must have to answer these questions here since there's a money involved here.

Sorry for bumping this thread because I opened my discord account and see many notifications from the channel of lunarwin few days ago. I decided to check my account as I remember that I created an account previously. I'm following the website and discord in the last few days and I can see that this gambling site is managed by bot only. Chat is full of rain and trivia from bot, no real human from the website who come in chat in the last few days. From this fact, we know how to deal with this gambling site.

This type of unprofessional behaviour clearly shows that the owner is not anymore interested to run the site.
He doesn’t bother what happens to his site now.
Neither he is responsive here not anywhere else.
Moreover the real reason for the site’s owner to be underground is still unknown.
So it’s better to avoid this site for the time being.

It is strange that OP is not addressing all the allegations made against his casino... right? If I was the owner or co-owner or in charge of the Marketing for this casino, then I would have been all over these allegations.  ::)

OP, I think it is time for you to defend the reputation of your casino and to address the allegations that are made against you. Are you in any way affiliated to other previous scam casinos and did you pay the developers that created your site?

The question is this, Why would popular 3rd party Slot providers still offer them access to their games, if this site was a scam site?
