Am a newbie, I need help and direction to progress on the platform

Your question isn't quite clear, so I'm going to assume that your talking about this forum software, and how you progress in rank. Well, we have a somewhat different system to most places. You can read a little about it here:  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2818350.0

Although, we have sticky threads within the Meta section, which documents pretty much everything you need to know. If there's something you aren't sure about, and can't find by just browsing use the search function. For example, if you want to know how to progress in rank, and are curious about the "merit" text on your profile, go to the Meta section, and use the search function to search "merit", and a list of threads will come up.

Otherwise, create a new thread if you can't find the information following the advice above. Try to be ask specific questions though, so we can actually help you a little more.

You should follow how others are posting, let your post be meaningful and have thoughts in it. The first thing you need to know is to learn from what ranked members are posting on this forum, learn from them, make researches and post on any boards of your choice. With time you will be able to know what people are posting here and will be able to also be helpful for the upcoming newbies when you have high rank.

Progress on this platform is basically determined by how much you learn and how much you can impact in others, joining constructive discussions and keeping to the forum rules are simple ways you can advance. Merits, ranks and activities are all secondary and most likely products of constructive conversations, focus more on learning.
If you want to interact in a smaller sub-community, you can look for your local board where you can communicate more freely.

What progress do you mean specifically ?
What is the purpose of your registration on this forum?
Do you want to learn more about bitcoin and crypto or the main purpose of your registration here is your desire to earn something?
We really can't help you if you don't explain in a little more detail what kind of progress you are thinking about.
Also, there is already a lot of information on this forum that can help you, you just need to take your time to browse the forum and read.

For you to have a direction, you first had to devote a little more to read the rules of the forum, and only then create topics in META. Of course, there are many friendly people here, but no one will lead you by the handle. Today, when looking at your three posts, I see two plagiarism, and one completely incomprehensible question.

There is a platform to always learn anything new. You can learn by watching videos regarding what you want on YouTube, or possibly type your question on Google to bring you an answer and direction to what you want.

Somehow I doubt OP will grace us with his presence again.  Frankly, if you can't formulate a question in a way that makes it clear what information you're after, your writing skills probably suck--and since OP probably wants to use bitcointalk as a place of employment, if I were the hiring manager I'd toss his application into the trashcan so fast, Einstein would be rolling over in his grave.

Excellent way to point out the obvious, bro.  Wouldn't be surprised if you're an alt account of OP, getting in two posts in the same thread.  Or am I just being way to cynical?

Through which reference did you get to know this forum? I urge you to make wide knowledge use of your device. Play with internet, ask several question keep on until you get what you find solution, because everything needed by you exist online and there are several helps exist in different platform. Knowing what you want settled everything. This is my best advice.
