To say hello to 'El Salvador' we should all be buying .SV domain names!
Imagine many bitcoin startups started using these domains to give visibility to bitcoin and 'El Salvador'.
It could soon be promptly associated with the crypto-related innovation business.

Let's pump it!

Domain isn't concerned big, all that required is the leagl registration of the business. Already start-ups are much focused on Estonia for startup registration relating to cryptocurrency. Now people have got an addition, and these registrations will have their own terms and conditions and fees.

Good point, but let's do some reverse psychology:
We could get it and redirect to bitcoin.org, instead of leaving it to certain altcoin shills who use Satoshi name "in vain".

In my opinion, the domain does not matter much about what is happening in El Salvador. You can still have a "Bitcoin.com" domain and have your company registered in El Salvador and use the economic benefits the country wants to offer to attract more people and companies to its territory.

Yes, you are right but if there is a huge demand for goods and services from 'El Salvador' it may get more media coverage with more stories on the news and the population itself will notice the positive impact this move is having on their economy. That means people will be welcoming us more and the news will keep spreading fast. Their 'Domain names' value skyrocketing are one indicator of their economy getting traction with the help of bitcoiners and will certainly be noticed swiftly.   

It would be a good idea to buy Bitcoin.sv domain before Faketoshi and his partner Calvin Ayre do the same thing, and then we can have some fun. :)

On serious note, I just heard the news that El Salvador is offering their citizenship for anyone who invests minimum 3 Bitcoins in their economy, so we can expect domain and land prices to go up quickly as people move to live there.

I doubt anyone will actually move their sites. Imagine someone like Binance with millions of links on the Internet leading to Binance.com will suddenly have a redirect to "Binance.sv".  A lot of people will freak out and think they got some malware that hijacks their browser, or that they clicked on a phishing link. .com and .org and .net, and .io if you want to be spicy is all you need, unless it's actually a local project and you need a local domain.

Its always tied to Satoshi's Vision when it comes to SV.  I'm sure this will also be surrounded by conspiracy theories but then anyway, El Salvador successful passed the law about BTC being a legal tender, I guess its the way to get them free from USD at last they have a currency to use without boundaries and the people also embraced it.

This country has so small population right now but it might not be long when many crypto companies going to be moving there.

It appears that someone has already started purchasing BTCitcoin related domains with .sv extensions. I wonder who that person is! You? :D
