Title: Sending ANKR from Trezor to Coinbase
Post by: clothtalk on June 16, 2021, 02:03:13 PM
I sent a small test amount of BTC to my Trezor 1 to see if it arrived. It arrived within seconds so I sent my the rest to the Trezor 1. I did the same with ETH and ANKR with no problem.
I did a small test amount of BTC back to Coinbase Pro which took 1 hour 15 minutes to arrive, is that amount of time the norm?

I cannot for the life of me work out how to send ANKR from Trezor 1 to Coinbase Pro.
I understand ANKR is an ERC 20 token, I can see the 2 deposits I made into Trezor but not how to withdraw them.

Any help would be appreciated.

Yes, normal.

I don't use coinbase pro but can't you see the Ethereum address there for ankr? it's an erc20 token so it will give you an ethereum address for the deposit.

Thank-you for the reply.
Coinbase Pro has given me an address to send ANKR to but it is the Trezor that I am having difficulty with.
In Trezor, MyEthWallet it is only giving me the option to send ETH. Nothing is clickable in order to change that to ETH tokens, ANKR.

Not exactly. It depends on the network congestion and the amount of sats you used for fees when sending from non-custodial wallets. If it's high enough, it could take 10 minutes.

When you sent BTC from Coinbase Pro, the exchange probably set the fees high that it was immediately added on the next block.

ERC-20 token address and ETH are the same AFAIK.

It's good that you were careful and tried to send small amounts.

After that, you will be able to send your tokens.

So you need to add tokens to MyEthWallet:

How to Add a Custom Token on MEW web

After that, you will be able to send your tokens.
Or try to transfer it through metamask, I think this wallet is more convenient.
