That won't stop us from holding because we're looking forward to the greater that it will surpass the last ATH just this year.

With the fall of Bitcoin also most of the top 100 altcoins fall also.This is good for me because from my mining activity I make more in crypto daily although is less in dollar,for the long term I am happy.Also the price of Bitcoin now below 30K is a good entry point for those who are standing at the fences and waiting for that low price.Now is the time I think as it will not fall much further as the China FUD is priced in right now.

always note that the holder is well aware of the consequences. they prefer to buy when the current price is quite a big discount. this is indeed an opportunity for those who want to own large amounts of Bitcoin. at least the price will likely recover in the near future.

The $30k support was just broken and it's currently trading between $29.5k and $29.9k, would this signify that bears have dealt a deadly blow?
If you are a long term holder you should not be much perturbed by intermittent drops and rises in the price, I didn't expect that we'll go this low, but if you only bought with amounts you can afford to lose, it makes it easier to hodl.

And it's now below $29,000 USD. You spoke too early haha. But yeah, there are more holders now. Those who had to sell are already selling. As the price crashes, we will see more strong hands which would be good indication of the next bull run. Exactly. There's been a lot of news that will provide a bull run later. And now is a perfect time to buy cheap BTC while you still can. I think it can fall a little more soon so i'll wait a couple of days to see the situation.

Now the bitcoin price is 29K and it looks like the decline will continue, very confusing and difficult to predict, I'm sure many are disappointed with the current bitcoin decline because whenever there is a decline there is always a good time for bitcoin or buying bitcoin and how do those who buy it feel about the topic before and before.
everything is unexpected and but this will all be their lesson and don't panic or worry and the right choice is Hodl though we don't know how long it will last.

i disagree with this part. you are seeing it as a support not being broken but i see it as a resistance not being broken and it seems like most people have been in the same boat although i have been buying bitcoin but they don't. instead people see the resistance (that is $40k) not breaking so they hesitate to buy.

the result is that the fiat holders are increasing.

if we check the recent dump we can clearly see that despite the huge manipulation and the panic sell that has been going on for the past 7-8 hours price is still barely below $30k. it proves that the "weak hands" who panic sold have not bought back and there is a massive amount of cash waiting on the sidelines right now waiting for a small signal to enter.

we bitcoin holders always think that bitcoin's timing is always right, even though the price is falling we also consider this the right time, because when the price falls we can buy, when the price goes up, the right time for us is to sell bitcoin, bitcoin is always there in our hearts, whatever happens..

Price might likely be dumped more and would stop around $24,000 but if the Bear want to play harsh, price will be crashed to $19,000 to $20,000 which can be the final bottom.

It will be a second big shock and onwards we go with side way till the last 2 months of this year.

Its very easy to say that anytime is a good time to buy Bitcoin but TBH, its very hard to do especially when we are in a market where its very volatile and significant amount of drops might happen like the one we are seeing right now.

With the $30,000 support being broke just hours ago, I expect a more downward pressure because some of the weak hands who are holding Bitcoin might sell most if not all of their holdings and will be waiting into another entry at a lower price.

Well, anytime is a good time but if you know that the market is going up and up and up without going down then you must be patient in entering. If you bought at the peak then you lose a huge amount already in paper loss.

On the other hand, there are plenty of fat purses that just can't say no to the opportunity to buy in moments like this. Never forget that.
Indeed, the price may go lower, but for that the bears have to work harder.

Even thought bitcoin's price is volatile in the market and we're seeing a consolidation, we still see positive things happening on it.

Many countries are now engaging to it and opening their minds to invest on a digital currency that is profitable.

It will really fight inflation if the government will study and understand how bitcoin works in the economy and in the market.

for now it seems that market manipulators have failed at keeping the price at $28k-$29k since it bounced back up to $30900 with the fake sell walls they had has to be constantly moved higher each time price rises an gets closer to them.

The market is looking bearish even if you see quick bounces from $30K and now $29K.

It was less than an hour ago when I was staring at $29K on preev. I came back and it's already hovering above $30K.

I didn't expect $30K to be broken to be honest but the bears will have another time to test $29-$30K again in this long consolidation period.

This prisoner bounced back and bitcoin doesn't seem to want to reduce the price to below $30k, but I think the bears are still not standing still we can only see for a moment but what happens next, I'm also worried that this can't be controlled with FUD and the bears are damaging all market.
Could it be that it is appropriate to buy with a correction high?

Agree, I really wanted to buy some bitcoin but I was too late to buy at the lowest point because I got up a little too late so I was seeing the prices going back up again but either way it doesn't faze me because the prices are going to go down again and I will definitely buy a lot of bitcoin when that time comes.

I don’t think BTC will fall lower, rather it might increase soon according to speculations.
If you listen to me then there is no perfect time to buy Bitcoins.
If possible now then buy it now only, as many Bitcoin veterans already predicted about the pump to come.
And i guess the price around 31k USD is very ideal to buy the coin and make good profits.

If you've bought while at the price of $28k it might you've already your profit now.  Bitcoin was in a V-shape formation and the fast recovery was about an hour ago seems like when Bitcoin dropped.

Sad to say that most of everyone here predicted below $25k below within this month, whereas I don't believe that it won't happen.  Even though the announcement of China was really shaken the price of Bitcoin but as we saw now there's a fast recovery which we think that the whales were successfully manipulated the price.  But if you are long-term holders, there's nothing to worry about.

Today bitcoin price dumped less than $29 long time later but I think it's a temporary one and market would again hit . So it's a good investment time . I already invested $5780 dollars in btc.

This is just copium, something that inexperienced investors have to tell themselves to stop panicking.  If you're a holder, you should never care about what's happening on the market, hodlers don't need to rationalize dips and crashes saying "this is good for Bitcoin", hodlers have a long-term strategy. If you're a trader, then you should understand that there can be both bullish and bearish periods, and you should be ready to cut your losses and re-enter at better price instead of watching your loss grow.

That's right, that's why I always divide my capital into two parts, 50 percent to invest, another 50 percent to buy when bitcoin is correcting or falling in price. At that time I had the opportunity to cover my losses temporarily, after rising I could profit. at least I minimize the loss.

yes bitcoin is currently looking for hot talk these days because apart from fud, many people are frustrated because of bitcoin and now is a good time to buy this coin. this is like a double discount because at the current price, of course, bitcoin is being hunted a lot, especially for every investor and person who intends to hold the coin for a long time.

Everything will be fine, but not with a beginner's mentality. The market continues to be bearish and the $30k support has broken, this will be very worrying. there is still no sign of bullishness, but I also believe that bulls will occur after the current market crash. FUD is indeed widely scattered, especially from China which has a lot of influence on the market as it is today.

It's not an easy task to determine either it's a good time for Bitcoin or a bad time. Bitcoin dropped $3K from $19K in a previous bull run in 2017. So it's not impossible to drop more. That's the reason why it's very hard to say. As we can see institutional investors accumulating more Bitcoin in every dip. Although we can't compare ourselves with institutional investors, but it would be a reason why the current time is good for Bitcoin. No one imagined Bitcoin will break $60K within this short time. And it's not hard as well to break ATH again. But for me, it's a good time to accumulate more. It's because we don't know what would be the exact dip from where Bitcoin will bounce back. It's time to take a rank that you can afford.

It is very good time for the investors as the price is down and they can accumulate more and more bitcoin and other alts. For day traders and retail investors this is not a good time as the prices are half way down and the correction seems extended and could take few months to a year. But in long run it will be a win win situation for every one.

I think that over the past dew months with major news about bitcoin overall like many companies adopting it and all the talk about making it a valid payment method in some place, puts it out there more and more so that normal people see what they have been missing and with each passing day with the price being somewhat stable gives them the opportunity for any one who wants to invest in it to do so at a lower price, and for us who believe in it to get more of it.

We know that bitcoin is a potentially great asset in the future whose price fluctuate all the time, but why should we hesitate when there is a good opportunity to buy it at a discount? But yes, It's never easy.

For most traders it may be very difficult to determine when they should buy when bitcoin but this is the uniqueness of bitcoin trading where people are constantly looking for gap and the right time to buy. If not during the correction, when will we buy bitcoin at a lower price? So far the correction is the right momentum to buy bitcoin because the price will soon recover after experiencing a sharp decline. If people are looking for the best time to buy bitcoin then rest assured it was 10 years ago but now is the perfect time to get it.

It is nothing new now. Even if it even goes below 20k, I wouldn't mind.
Bitcoin had its lowest back then when it hit from 6k to 3k. It was around 2019 if I can recall from my bought coins in every year.
This should encourage the many non-crypto hodlers or those who are easily being driven by news to buy more. :)

I also did not even watch it happen. I don't care that much about short-term volatility. I sometimes check the price in the evening, before going to bed, but that's not every day and I try not to watch if I'm not planning to sell.

People predicted even 20 thousand because it's possible that we'll go back to touch the previous ATH but because so many people wait for it to happen it's probably not going to happen. Too many buyers would want to buy at 20 so maybe 22 thousand as the lowest possible price of this correction before we at least try to go back to the top?

It's strange that we did not go back to retest 100 day MA yet that is at 50 thousand USD. In the last bull market of 2018 we did confirm the bear market by bouncing back down from it. Maybe this correction s not natural but driven by news?

It looks like you are blindly invested in btc. It is not only to shake out buyers but if there are no buyers because of no confidence, there will be no firms taking risks on the basis of what? This one person's voice and orders? It can happen, but only if he's our supplier.  :o

People are busy holding their bitcoin and it's really affecting  the price of bitcoin and it's rightful time to purchase any form of cryptocurrency more especially bitcoin in particular, because it's good to purchase cryptocurrency when the price is down or low because it will definitely rise when the opportunity comes, so through the increment they will be surplus or maximum of profit from the investor, so in null share cryptocurrency are good to buy when the market is been turn to red via cryptocurrency chart.

Don't take these sells lightly, looks like bears are taking over and if this case turns out like 2017-18, then we must be prepared for very large and ongoing sells which may take the price down like a fallen rock. I am more scared right now than excited, and I bet many traders are getting the same feeling. I wish we see btc making a new ath again this year.

Like yesterday, the price was too discounted and there were a lot of us that have bought on that buying opportunity.

But there will always be those doubtful that think there will be a better price whenever a dip comes because they think there will be another one to come.

I'm sure the bears will wake up soon, maybe they enjoy a little honey that has been obtained, but rest assured they will not leave bitcoin because this is their money, theirr life, because with bitcoin they can make 100x wealth a year.

If we think long-term about bitcoin, then it's a good time to buy BTC right now. In my opinion, it's a good idea to systematically buy bitcoin to average its price, especially if you come from the long term perspective.  :)

Right now I think it's a critical moment in bitcoin, there's been a lot of bad news lately about crypto and bitcoin, but for those who already believe in bitcoin, I don't think this is a problem anymore because bitcoin is should be independent and not depend any counry regulation or anything.

The whales already start investing when the price down below $40k, and they are still buying more bitcoin, especially when bitcoin got a dump to $28k yesterday. Perhaps they are now waiting for the next increase in bitcoin and selling some bitcoin they already bought to profit. If the price does not increase more than $40k and stays at the current price, they will prepare to buy more bitcoin because it is a good price to buy bitcoin. If we don't do what they did, we will not make a big profit and only make a small profit by waiting. But that still a profit for us.

Indeed as the price had kissed only 20k level but grows high again as soon as it fell down to that level.

we now see how strong Bitcoin believers is and how the true investors keeps their funds not like in the past when weak hands are keep the market falling and dropping.

Lately the Price action is horrible. Its best to stay away from these markets. At least until the Fall. I can see BTC going back to the $40K range to again be shot down and head back into the mid range or low range and maybe attempt to break $30K again.

Its summer and people are travelling and most markets are choppy, including stock markets. There is less volume and moves are smaller than average and its very easy to get caught up in this chop.

My advice is wait until either $41K breaks upwards or $30K breaks downwards and trade then.

nice to hear, so many people are increasingly putting their trust in bitcoin and feeling optimistic about it. It is highly probable that bitcoin has succeeded in developing and continues to be in demand from the positives from it, I personally continue to favor bitcoin in this world, and believe in its value will be higher with the fluctuation.

This has been happening over a decade of time and just because of that only I am here. In rough estimate, within another 10 to 15 years of time, more than half of world population might be aware of bitcoin and might be holding some bitcoins. Overall in my opinion, it is always a good time to buy bitcoin with long term plans and when more people agree with me, I guess up to 80% of world population might be aware of bitcoin somehow.

There might be multiple justification for why we are having sideways right away but accumulating right now with plans of year long holding will get definite profits. Like most other people, ATH of 2021 is yet to be attained.

I think that it's the only way that you can do with bitcoin, trusting the process but we can't be too optimistic, remember that. It's much better to be practical with how you do in bitcoin because it helps you think the best decision even if that decision means selling to cut loss.

People who are already involved in bitcoin for a long time ago believe in bitcoin and will buy more bitcoin in a dip.
They are not just buying but they also sell it to make money.
Bitcoin will still grow and reach more people from all countries and we will see the mass adoption will also grow in the future.
As long as people can learn more about bitcoin, they will get the benefits of bitcoin.

I never think, though. Whales will never let go of their investment just for that particular reason but instead, they will accumulate more and more.

Seeing the market price scheme, I'd never when to have the right entry. Now the market is so tricky, can't tell when the market will dump and when to pump. It is sometimes we get surprised by the dump (just like in the past days) I'd never know if someone had predicted it but for sure, the majority did not. All we think about manipulation and the truth was, we are bound together.

People had to please themselves to come into crypto and invest in Bitcoin simply because of money/profit. Even we heard a lot of people saying Bitcoin is a scam, it will be dead soon, it never stops people from coming in. It is because it was not what they know about Bitcoin, what they know it has a brighter future and those who will invest will make a profit in the end.

Maybe, 10 years from now, half of the global population will use and invest in Bitcoin. And that it will include the increased number of establishments that are accepting cryptocurrencies.

Since we have no control over the market, it's kinda hard to predict what's going to happen next. Bitcoin market is so much volatile to handle, it could changes your overview in just a overnight. So, while the majority is selling their share, there only educated guy is falling their bags. Bitcoin is here to stay, just play safe.

Well i agree that we dont really have the control on market, even if bitcoin is falling today there is a great posibility that it will still rise tomorrow, that is why even if our holding is now down we can still hold it for good because we dont know what will happen after this down fall, and i believe that holding is still a good strategy for now.

Pompliano has always been one of the people that I follow the most in this world, his opinions seem very correct to me, besides that he is an influencer, I think that every investor should be very aware of his publications.

It is always a good time to buy when price is down it is low at risk and you dont need a big capital than investing in a high price. I saw bitcoin price 30k$ so of you believe that it will still rise before year end then you can still invest on it. It always depend on you as an investor you need to make a hard decision crypto is high on volatility so it does not have an asurance of earnings it always depend on your decision and luck.

I am not saying that it is a bad time to buy, because bear is literally the perfect time to buy, but I have to say I understand the ones who do not. Think about it, price was 60k+ a little bit over a month ago, and it was over 40k just what... a week ago? And now we have seen under 30k for the first time in god knows how many months.

This is why I am not really shocked about what happened here, it is totally understandable and people are afraid, let them be afraid if they want to because that is how you get back to regular prices, fear is not something we should avoid, it should be something we embrace and then slowly go away. People will not be afraid of buying at this price forever, eventually people will realize that it is going to be decent and it is going to be acceptable and that is why we are going to slowly see more and more people accept the situation and keep on buying.

Despite the bad condition of the market in terms of prices now, Bitcoin continues to be known and used by more people every day. I don't think so, the dumps most likely will begin either year ending or early 2022 but not now. Although for the short term, the market and s bearish but that doesn't mean all hopes to be lost instead this corrections which is what we're currently experiencing should be seen as an accumulating opportunity and shouldn't be missed as the possibility of becoming having a come back to record a new all time high for the year is still in the picture.

Some support prices should be watched out for, if the support at $29k stays strong and there's a breakout then buying orders should be done immediately, don't go all in though as the breakout could be false, you should wait for a confirmation and also you should watch out if the support is been broken then wait for the retest of the $25k trading zone.

I think that if one government is angry and determined enough, I think that they will be able to do some damage to the market, look at what China has done to the market.

Most people say bitcoin is a scam because they do not search for more information about bitcoin, but they only invest and see their money grow.
But it did not work like that as bitcoin price will not always increase so high but the price can also get down deeper.

indeed last time it fell below $30k and was at $29k price, but it bounced again and went up to $34k more,

When it comes to technical then this isnt the right time since it hadnt still able to break out that 30k support and still strongly been holding it which is a strong indication that there are really people who had been catching on prices above 30k price point which i can consider to be this level as a good entry point if i were to say but if you do purely based up on technicals then its really hard to determine because of unpredictability of the market movement which is really making more hard for us to predict on where it would be heading next but due to some rumors and fuds then it isnt really bad to wait up even a little longer until the support would break in and tending to enter on more cheaper prices but of course nothing is guaranteed.
