You should have make your standards and qualifications looking for one aside from you needed to have it. I don't want to recommend any of them, but you can look at their portfolios especially those who have been involved in projects similar to yours.

Mostly those high profile guys always stay there so its good to post this there since for sure he can get quality guys there.
