Which asset class will have the highest returns from 2021-2030? Total return from now until the end of 2030.

I'm on bitcoin.

2024 - halving

2028 - halving

Last year - 2020, halving happened and bitcoin's lowest I think was $4900. But look what happened after halving, bitcoin reached $63k or $64k.

Just imagine what it can do after those two halvings until 2030.

with 2 halving to come ? I'm sure people will be shocked what will comes in Bitcoin's Way for that next 9 years.

Interesting... can you explain why you think Property will outperform say the stock market?

I guess crypto (bitcoin) will be the highest return from 2021-2030.

Gold can be the next asset that gives the return of the investment.

I am not sure about the stock because it depends on the country's economy and the news, but it can also give you the return.

It is not surprising that in a Bitcoin forum we think that precisely the Bitcoin will be the most profitable asset. And even more so considering that it has been the most profitable asset of the last 10 years. It is logical to think that it will also be the most profitable asset in the next 10 years.

I don't quite understand the logic that "if X is the most profitable asset in the last 10 years then it will also be the most profitable asset in the next 10 years". Fundamentals aside, shouldn't you expect the opposite given the mean-reverting nature of markets?

It is going to be bitcoin based on the last 10 years data we have, but no one knows that what kind of things we are going to face in the future since bitcoin is not a small asset now so governments are going to bring lot of regulations and restrictions which may pause the growth of bitcoin.

do you really need to ask this in crypto community like this forum ? and you expect a none majority vote?

your question is for the next 9 years more , Bitcoin and other crypto has proven their capacity for that long years so you answer the question straight.

Actually i don't care since i only look for what will be my investment goes to profit , even which of those ill make the highest yet i only aiming for my Bitcoin , Gold and Fiat .
yeah if we will look and believe for what will come in the same ? then it is definitely Bitcoin .

Exactly. Blockchain, cryptocurrency and digital currency are already having an impact in many sectors in terms of efficiency and cost, thus prompting some governments to take measures to make it easier for people to use cryptocurrency. As this new asset class grows, we'll see more companies take the leap into it as well.

Although I'm not forgetting about the negative possibility by that time which has also been said by satoshi. But I don't want my mind to think of it.

And instead, I'll be thinking of the best of the possibilities that might happen.

Obviously bitcoins. Over such a large period of time bitcoins will beat any other asset class. Bonds and cash are not really a viable option to make large returns, interest rates are close to 0% so there is no real money being made with these two. And real estate is very expensive due to the cheap loans, same goes for gold. In the end it is only Stocks or Bitcoins in my opinion. And out of these two I choose BTC.

It's not that properties will outperform the stock market as a whole, it's that certain real estate is appreciating in value due to location or appeal. Not all stocks will go up and not all investments will show returns. The idea is that assets that are sought-after and limited like Crypto, Gold, Investments, etc.. are going to go up in the long run.

But, wait fiat never appreciate it is always going to face depreciation so never keep your money in the fiat format, you should only hold upto 5% of fiat from your total value then remaining should goes to some form of investment and if anyone doesn't know where to invest atleast buy gold with your money then let it grow silently.

Easy answer & it’s bitcoin. Bitcoin is the best performing asset of the last 10 years & with mainstream adoption coming I don’t see that changing for a while yet.

Why do you find this surprising? The pandemic triggered easy monetary policy and fiscal stimulus which resulted in increase in asset prices (and this includes bitcoin as well as the stock market and real estate prices).
