I don't if Chile is positive about cryptocurrency but trying to develop a coin is not what should be there focus now but to support and adopt the full use of bitcoin in the country like El Salvador is doing.

Indeed , it looks like a Pump and dump coin and look at how this was presented here , a Newbie account that has no effort to detailed what he is pointing .Creating Own coin will only bring bad implication for their economy.
