As I see in their ToU, if people do the exchange ex. from token to coin, there will be a fee they bear. I think the true meaning is maybe like this, without fees if the transfer of funds between walleteum accounts.

"You agree to pay the fees for Exchanges and Withdrawals completed via Wallet ("Fees") as defined by Us, which We may change from time to time. But there is no information since being listed in the exchange
